Outdoor Space – Private patio with comfortable seating, charcoal grill, and well-lit fenced yard.
Laundry – In-unit washer/dryer with iron and ironing board. (Note: Linen closet is locked for cleaning supplies—please contact us if you need anything.)
Our Commitment to Clean:
We follow CDC guidelines and use EPA-registered disinfectants to sanitize high-touch surfaces between stays. Linens, dishware, and service items are washed thoroughly. Contactless check-in/check-out and sanitation supplies are provided.

Pet-Friendly: $100 for one pet / $150 for multiple (fee sent after booking)
No Smoking or Vaping: $250 fee if smoke is detected
Late Check-Out: $300 fee applies

Stayed for four days for graduation at USF. House was perfect and we enjoyed the patio and grill.Check in process very easy and communication with host was good. They were very accommodating. Very close to Busch Gardens and USF. Many restaurants and store close by. Had no issues with the neighborhood. Would definitely stay here the next time we are in Tampa. Thank You

Beyond amazing stay. Check in and out was a breeze. Meticulously clean. Best location for everything we wanted to do. We had a college tour at university of Tampa. Went to Bush Gardens. Went to beaches. Grocery shopping and gas is nearby. We will absolutely be back.

The inside description photos are accurate, it's obviously a reno, but clean and furnished modern. However, several elec. outlets didn't work, supplies were very minimal. Bring your own bathing soap as none was supplied, no amenities, only hand/dish soap, 2 bath towels per bathroom, no extra supplied. Cooking pans need to be tossed, worn out, minimal silverware, paper towels, no starter coffee filters. Found live silverfish in utensil drawers. This unit can only be said to be basic. Outside was same, not so clean, fence had several major holes, trees downed and not cleared, fence doesn't meet ground, pets can go under. Neighborhood not so great, rental on a very busy road, you hear street traffic. Slow internet (we work remote). The refrigerator leaked, water all over shelving inside, our food, and onto floor. Maint. was called. Beds were not comfortable to us, so given the above, we left a day early. It would take very little effort to improve this rental, but owners don't seem too interested judging by what is provided for that price!
