Experience your beach house dreams in this oceanfront getaway, Blue Yonder Beach House. This 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom retreat is designed to give families total pampering, unforgettable memories, and the ultimate New Smyrna Beach stay. The Atlantic's crashing waves are in full view whether you sunbathe on the patio, float in the salt-water pool, or sip cocktails from the second-floor balcony.

The home accommodates a heated, salt-water pool that looks onto the Atlantic Ocean. With an outdoor shower, beach chairs, toys, pool loungers, and a TemboTusk Skottle grill, it's possible to spend an entire day in the salty air. Though your favorite amenities are at your fingertips, you'll still find yourself venturing to the beach as Blue Yonder boasts of a private boardwalk leading to the sand and tide. In the evenings, you and your family will often gather in one of the two living rooms. The downstairs living area is bright yet cozy with its white couches, fireplace, and large Smart TV equipped with Roku. While the downstairs area is conducive to relaxing, the upstairs living room is designed for fun. The large grey sectional, Smart TV and foosball table make this space youthful. When it's time to retire, everyone will be excited for a good night's rest in their prospective bedroom each with its own Smart TV. The primary suite is all a coastal retreat ought to be. Soothing whites, blue accents, and a soft king bed await guests. The en-suite bathroom has a custom tiled shower and double vanity. Those who claim the second and third bedrooms as their own will find equally peaceful accommodations awaiting them. The queen beds have cool, high-end linens that promise quality rest. The youngest in your group will choose the fourth bedroom as their own as it sleeps two in its twin beds. All bedrooms share the upstairs bathroom which has a large, beautifully tiled shower and a double vanity. The powder bathroom is located downstairs.

This beach house is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, beach chairs, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. The home is a 4-minute drive from the local grocery store and a 6-minute drive (biking distance!) from popular dining and shopping on Flagler Avenue. The Beauty of New Smyrna Beach

New Smyrna is a barrier island positioned between the Atlantic Ocean and the Indian River. The beaches of New Smyrna stretch over 13 miles along the sandy east coast of Central Florida. Water activities abound. New Smyrna is the surfing capital of Florida, try it yourself or watch the locals ride the big waves near the jetties. Play in the surf, gather seashells, or build a sandcastle with your kids or grandkids. From Ponce de Leon Inlet, you can embark on a great deep-sea fishing adventure. Should you prefer to stay closer to the shore, fish the Florida saltwater flats for the famous redfish of Mosquito Lagoon.

Though New Smyrna is a small historic town, the city offers a wide selection of shopping, dining, and cultural experiences for both its residents and guests. From beachside burger joints to restaurants serving fresh local seafood, there's something here for everyone!

We enjoyed the property, overall. It would have been useful to have life vests in various sizes. Without them, we didn't feel comfortable swimming (even in the shallow area). The kitchen could use some better equipment. Larger frying pan and metal baking dishes were lacking and needed for what we wanted to make. The beach was lovely. Expansive. The cars took a little getting used to. Some drivers seemed oblivious that there were children playing in the sea. Children on the beach should ALWAYS have the right of way. We saw the Artemis II launch from the beach and it was the highlight of the trip. There were plenty of towels (for beach and for bathrooms). That was helpful.

We recently stayed at the Blue Yonder Beach House and it was one of our favorite rentals anywhere in the country. We originally booked because it was pet friendly, but ended up not bringing our dogs. That said, the house was so clean you would never know an animal had ever been there. It was truly spotless. The home is extremely well stocked. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen had everything you could need, including spices and cooking supplies. For those planning ahead, there is a K-cup machine. We stayed with three generations, including two college kids. On a rainy day they actually played board games and cards, which felt like a win. The deck is missing an Ace, but we made the Joker work. There were also plenty of books, and my mother even left a few behind to add to the collection. The beds were very comfortable. The walkway to the beach is charming and clearly cared for by someone who loves gardening. The trees helped block the ocean wind, and we loved watching the little lizards along the path. The heated pool felt like bath water, which was perfect since temps never broke 75 that week. The beach was clean, quiet, and not crowded, even during spring break. Definitely a family atmosphere, not a party spot. The listing is completely accurate, right down to the beach toys in the garage. There is also a great place for drinks and dinner about three blocks away, and we felt safe walking there at night. Highly recommend.
