This property is beautiful. Has a great location. Can walk to beach and town. This is my second year renting it and I will rent it again. Has everything you need to have a wonderful time. Working with the host is so easy and he gets back to you quickly if you have a question about anything.

We stayed in this beautiful home for our team retreat. We have a wide range of ages with our team and their families. By far the best experience we have ever had! The host was very easy to get ahold of for anything and everything we needed. I made a joke about the ‘only’ spice/seasoning they didn’t have was cinnamon- because the selection was so incredible- and the next morning it was on our doorstep! Antonio went above and beyond any expectation we could imagine. The home was immaculate, beds were high quality and VERY comfortable- there wasn’t a single thing we needed and didn’t have available. 20/10 recommend. We can’t wait to stay here again! Thank you Antonio for an incredible experience for our team!

My family and I just spent a week at Antonio's house in NSB and had a great time! It was the perfect home base for a mixed family of 8 adults and a baby. Everyone had their own space and the common areas were large and comfortable enough for all of us to spend time together. The house was very clean and had everything we needed from kitchen necessities, to toiletries and linens to beach gear and as an unexpected surprise, a ton of baby gear that we didn't realize would be available to us but we so appreciated the thought put behind all the things and details. The outdoor area was our favorite, and we spent a lot of time chilling in the pool, cooking/eating in the outdoor kitchen or just lounging around in the various seating/gathering areas. Everyone commented about how comfortable the beds were and how nice all their personal spaces were. The house is also in the perfect location. A couple minute walk to the nearest beach access and just a couple blocks down from Flagger Ave. Antonio was an amazing host - super nice and accommodating, and great communication both before and throughout our stay. We will definitely look to stay here next time we're in town with a big group. We couldn't have asked for a better stay or experience!
