This 6 bedroom, 6 bath beachfront house has breath-taking panoramic views of the beach, palm trees and ocean. It is 3700 sqare feet of beachfront luxury where you can enjoy in the private pool, gather around the oceanfront fire pit with your favorite beverage, or relax in a hammock at the end of the day.
The home is located on quiet part of the driving beach, on quintessential Hill St. It features a private walkover to the beach . Five of the six bedrooms are en-suite and the 6th bedroom has its own bathroom across the hall.
The house was originally built in 1935, and the original heart of pine floors are freshly refinished. Tongue and groove walls and ceilings show the charm of the original beach house. This original part of the house contains a newly enlarged renovated kitchen with expansive ocean views and plenty of seating to host your 16 guests . The 1990 addition by renowned Florida architect Kevin Schweizer, features a huge great room with a 25 foot ceiling, a spiral staircase up to two queen bedroom suites , an internal walkway with stunning vistas and a wall of windows facing the ocean. The open concept includes a Dining room , two living areas and kitchen , all with phenomenal ocean views. The architect carefully planned the sight lines to maximize the connection to the beach. There is a 35 foot wide deck on top of the 20 foot high dune, giving nice ocean breezes. The house combines the charm of an old-Florida beach house with a stunning modern addition.
High speed internet , 70 inch HD smart TV in great room, HD TVs in 5 of the 6 Bedrooms with two additional large Smart TV in the family room and the second family room ( perfect for the kiddos).
There is a two car garage plus two or three cars can fit in the driveway. There is NO street parking at anytime during your stay . Additional parking is available on 10th St , near the beach access (10th Ave and Hill St). Beach Sand replinishment project was completed in early 2026.
The house has its own 38 x 7 foot pool, tucked away beside the house. Its size is somewhere between the size of a lap pool and a regular pool. There is plenty of room in the pool to frolic or just relax. There is a pool deck with lounge chairs. The pool can be heated with fee of $75.00 per day. Beautiful and very comfortable home directly on the beach. We celebrated our moms 90th birthday and the accommodations were great for her. The kitchen is fully furnished with everything one needs. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property in amazing location. Right on an uncrowded beach with so many places to soak in the view. Plenty of space for 3 generations to spread out and be comfortable. Would definitely return if we're in the area again!
