As such, pool/spa and other amenities outside your unit may be intermittently unavailable. We believe the pool/spa will be closed until further notice. Pricing discounts are reflective of this inconvenience.
The Space:
This 2B/2B unit has both pool and ocean views from the balcony. The updated kitchen features Granite countertops and a breakfast bar. The living room offers a sofa sleeper and has ample natural light from the sliders to the balcony. The Master bedroom features a king bed and flat-screen TV while the en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and a flat-screen TV. The guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo. This unit has a washer/dryer. Cape Winds Resort complex features a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, basketball/tennis and pickleball courts. It was nice to be able to walk from the unit to the beach. The beach chairs and cooler were nice to have also.

Great location and we enjoyed the hot tub and how quite and private the beach felt. No issues, and host was very accommodating and brought us a pack n play for our baby to use. We went to the space center, zoo and cocoa beach pier. It was very central to everywhere we wanted to go and other condo guests/owners were friendly.
