Martin's house, located in the heart of the Domaine de Grosmesnil, is perfect for stays with family or friends.
With a capacity of 8 people, this spacious 120 m² cottage completely renovated in 2021 offers 4 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, ensuring space and privacy for everyone.
Its large convivial living room and its equipped kitchen are ideal for sharing meals and moments of relaxation.
Outside, enjoy the garden for outdoor moments in the middle of the Normandy nature.
Experience a stay where rustic charm and modern comforts meet.
You will have access to a mini-farm as well as a padel court on the property during your stay!

- a large living room/lounge (flat screen TV),
- a fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob),
- a master bedroom (1 double bed 160*200),
- a bathroom with double sink,

This semi-detached house has an enclosed and private garden where you will find a beautiful teak garden table and you will have a beautiful view of the castle.

The property had everything we need, except perhaps a big bowl for salad, a minor quibble, comfortable beds, clean, close supermarket, space and games for the boys. Table tennis, Swedish chess, boule and badminton. Highly recommend.

What a lonely place. Close all the things you need like a supermarket and a small town with a bar and restaurant. I would recommend to anyone.

Plenty of room for 6 people - 2 couples and 2 singles. The remodeled house is part of a much larger estate, a little off the beaten path but well worth the trip. We were all very comfortable here and enjoyed our stay. If you plan to stay here follow the owners directions carefully - gps routing will not work well since the side road it is on is not on the map.

Can't fault or stay, quiet location but all amenities close by. Owner very helpful and cooperative. Jane already booked a return !
