This is an amazing property. It’s situated on a corner lot with wide open views of the bay. The sun rises and sunsets were incredible. The house is well equipped with the exceptions noted below.Fishing is great we caught Black Drum, Croakers, Whiting , Flounder, a few Cats and even a Black Tip Shark.There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating.What could be improved:The master bed room bed was really bad. Mattress was soft, squishy and very uncomfortable.There was no grill so if you wanted to cook out burgers, steaks or fish you have to bring your own grill.No outdoor fish cleaning station or even a water hose.Fixing even just the bed would have changed our rating to 5 stars. This really is an amazing property and we would recommend it to anyone that is will to accept the trade-offs mentioned.

Great location to view the bay and the wildlife. Nice house with the exception of the furniture. Its all new but not very comfortable. Id book this again.
