The deck and beach view was spectacular. Loved being right on the beach. In unit laundry was a nice bonus. Kitchen was well stocked with dishwasher and cooking implements. Beds and pillows were comfortable. This place is perfectly sized and set up for 2 families with a few kids each.We had a small issue with the kitchen sink drain that was fixed promptly, so that was nice. Only downside was I wish there were light blocking curtains in the bedrooms. The street / yard lights are very bright all night, and every time stirred a little, I thought it was morning because of the light coming through the blinds.

Great ocean views with easy beach access. We spent most of our time on the fabulous deck with awesome furniture. Everything was clean and well appointed. Will definitely be back.

Didn't even stay at this property. A little less than 2 weeks before our stay Reed realty sent a message that the property had failed inspection. At that point we had to take what they had left because most properties were booked for our time frame. Did end up with a waterfront duplex. Location was great house needed a long honey do list. But served its purpose.
