This was a great place to have a get-away while also having all the comforts of home. Very well appointed rental with great walking trails right out the back door!

Good location, about a half hour from Daytona. Very well stocked, everything we needed was there. Clean, everything very comfortable. Shopping center across the street has some excellent restaurants and bars. Steve is a very responsive host and helped us out every time we needed him. It was a pleasure to stay here and we will be back next year.

My family has come down to Palm Coast for many years now, and this place was perfect. Very homey and beachy, comfortable, anything and everything you need is in there. Very clean, a good area, and the view of the water was great!

We rented this unit to spend the Christmas Holiday in Palm Coast and it was perfect. The condo was super clean, was well equipped, the kitchen was stocked with solid cookware, not the cheap 10 year old teflon pans that have no teflon on them. The location was superb and the walking paths off the back porch were awesome. The unit is well constructed so you don’t hear the neighbors. Beds were very comfortable. Steve the owner went out of his way to check in with us to make sure everything was good. So many more positives, definitely would stay again.
