The crystal-clear heated pool sits on the lanai, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, sun, and shade. A brand-new summer kitchen makes outdoor dining a breeze—perfect for meals al fresco without ever going inside. Whether day or night, you can enjoy the pool any time of year.

I will state up front that both the property management and all repair companies were courteous and responsive. That said, the house required quite a bit of attention during our 4 week stay and the owner should take greater accountability for addressing needed repairs and preventive maintenance. If you are looking for a great bargain and are willing to overlook/deal with some much-needed repairs, this property will serve its purpose.
We had major issues with the swimming pool on day one, which were known by the owner and rental company prior to our arrival, yet were not communicated to us. It took about a week and numerous visits from pool company to get the pool pump functioning without shorting out the electrical. Once that was repaired, we were still left with a leak in the pool that required constant refilling. Some of the major kitchen appliances are in need of replacement, the guest bedroom window leaked water anytime there was significant rain, and at one point during our stay the upper level air conditioner quit working completely. Even with the reasonable rental rates, this is not a home I would rent again in its current condition. As noted, the representatives from the rental company did their best to address these issues quickly, but I personally would not want this property to be a reflection of my brand as a rental company.
