Apartment for 2 people, in the town centre of Levanto
Less than 400 meters from the nearest beach, easily reachable on foot in a couple minutes.
Very close to beaches, restaurants, café, pizzeria, supermarket, bike rental shop.
Easy to reach by train and to visit Cinque Terre: 800 meters from the train station.
The apartment is on three levels: equipped kitchen, living room, mezzanine bedroom. Bathroom with shower, washing machine.
Free Wi-Fi.
Garden with garden furniture (table, chairs, sun loungers).
On request: private parking place (box), 100 meters from the house, surcharge of 10€ per day.

Its unmissable bike path on the sea with its stunning views, it extends along the old railway track, which connects Levanto with the nearby towns of Bonassola and Framura.

The apartment sleeps two people. The bedroom has a direct exit to garden.
Living room, TV (italian channels only), free Wi-Fi.
Equipped kitchen, dining table, oven, microwave oven, toaster, Moka coffee maker, kettle.
Initial sets of bedlinen and towels are provided, included in rental price.
Subsequent change or addition of bedlinen or towels upon request (surcharge, extra cost).
Bathroom with shower.
Important information: communication between guest and host is necessary.
We always try our best to provide a great service, but, to do so, information is needed before your arrival.
- if you wish to find the beds already made, please contact us some days before your arrival with the necessary information on which bed configuration you prefer. Otherwise, we won't be able to prepare them beforehand.
- if you don't provide us with your mobile phone number, and if don't tell us your estimated time of arrival, you may have to wait some time for the receptionist to arrive and welcome you.
So, to ease communication (especially on your arrival day), please tell us your phone number and, if you use any, which instant messaging application you prefer.
Important notes:
- Check-in time: after 16:00; Check-out time: before 10:00. This timetable is necessary to allow the cleaning service to clean and reorder the apartment.
- upon check-in, all guest, including children, must provide a valid identity document. This is necessary in order to communicate and register guests to the authorities, as required by Italian law.
- upon check-in, guests have to pay a tax of 1,5€ per person, per day, only for the first 3 days, and only for guests over 14 years old. If possible, please prepare in advance the correct amount. Thank you.
