Large villa with private swimming pool located in the Chianti area.
The property was recently modernised and has a fantastic garden to offer, with a beautiful view over the Chianti landscape of vineyards, olive groves and luscious woods.

First floor: living room (satellite TV) with access to outside and a small study area, double bedroom with private bathroom with shower (no window, with fan), double bedroom, twin bedroom (upon request can be made into a double bed), bathroom with shower.
This part of the house has a split wall air-conditioning machine in the bedroom and the living area.
Apartment (part of the main building but with a separate entrance)
Ground floor: entrance into living area (TV) with fireplace, dining area with kitchenette (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), double bedroom, bathroom with shower.
