Brand new, stylish, airy, finished to the highest standard and providing the most sensational sea views, Villa San George is a beautiful property with private pool ideally set in the area of Perigiali, near Nydri, just 700m from the beach. Sleeping up to 6 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors, Villa San George is set to impress for its attention to details, sophisticated feeling and unbeatable value for money. Dive by the private pool, enjoy the sensational views over the worldwide famous Scorpios Island (one of the next top VIP holiday destinations), chill out in the beautiful lounge, enjoy a walk down to the beach of Pasa with its excellent grill room, or reach the nearby Nydri for some exciting nightlife: Villa San George will amaze you!
Villa San George is brand new and is set over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and in the living area. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge with TV and adjoining fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The 2 sofas can be turned into 2 full size large single beds, perfect for sleeping 2 extra guests. Spacious terraces both at the front and at the rear provide plenty of spots for relaxation or outdoor dining while enjoying the amazing views. On the ground floor a useful WC is also available. Stairs lead up to the upper floor with 2 large and inviting bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has double bed and private furnished terraces overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined into a double if required. A large bathroom is located between the bedrooms. All the interiors have been carefully designed and beautifully furnished to offer a superior holiday experience.
Outside, Villa San George offers to its guests a beautiful and inviting private pool (4.5m x 4m in size, beautifully lit at night, an elegant glass screen provides privacy from the next door guests) with sunbeds, shades and a refreshing poolside shower. Additional shade is provided by the beautiful olive trees surrounding the villa. Also from this area, the views are truly amazing. A barbecue is also available for the use of the guests of the complex and free parking is available.
FOR LARGER PARTIES: Villa San George can be rented with the nearby Villa Agios Dimitrios sleeping up to 6 guests.
NOTES: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.

Our stay was just fantastic, the location is idyllic although at the top of a steep hill. However, with this you get stunning views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The place itself was high spec, great pool and very clean. Our hosts were amazing and the father who lives below are charming and so welcoming / friendly. Highly recommended ! Thank you

The place was wonderful and Maria was a great host. The view alone from the balcony is magnificent. I would definitely visit again and would recommend to anybody.

We had a wonderful stay in Villa San George and can highly recommend it. The house is beautiful and super clean, the pool as well. It is just like the pictures describes it. The view from the pool and balconies are magnificent over both sea and mountains. The area is peaceful and quiet and the house is situated quite close to Nidri and the Nidri beach. The communication with Maria was great and she always responded quickly. We would love to come back to Villa San George again!
