About this villa rental
Enjoy all the beauty the wonderful island of Lefkada has to offer. Our villa is centrally located and equipped with all the amenities you need for a relaxing vacation. A spacious (heated) pool, plenty of privacy, a well-equipped kitchen, private parking spaces, and, of course, the fantastic view! The nearest small beach is a 15-minute walk away. The charming town of Nydri and several lovely beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away. You can also reach Lefkas Town within 20 minutes, where you’ll find many great restaurants and shops.
The villa has 3 bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom. Other amenities include (in the kitchen) a dishwasher, oven, toaster, and a spacious refrigerator with freezer. There’s also, of course, a BBQ, and plenty of seating areas, lounge chairs, and umbrellas outside.
The pool is continuously filtered, regularly checked, and cleaned.
The villa is fully fenced, and you have four parking spaces on the private driveway.
The coastline and beaches are among the most beautiful in Greece. The authentic mountain villages with their quaint squares, lined with plane trees, olive groves, and traditional houses built of stacked stone, along with the secluded monasteries and chapels, make for an unforgettable experience.
In Lefkas, time seems to have stood still, and the island has not been overrun by mass tourism. As a result, the little harbors are still charming, and the villages have retained their character.
Once we’re there, we’d love to share our favorite spots and the best restaurants with you!
Accessibility:
via Amsterdam (Schiphol) or Düsseldorf to Preveza. From there, it’s a 40-minute drive
(FYI: you can park long-term very cheaply in Düsseldorf!)
Or via Schiphol, Düsseldorf, Eindhoven, and various other cities to Athens. From there, it’s about a 3.5-hour drive on the beautiful highway along the coast and through the mountains.
The Athens highway loop is very easy to navigate. You’ll drive toward Patras, past the Corinth Canal and the stunning Rio Bridge.
A rental car is recommended.

Villa Noogony is lovely: it looks exactly as it does in the pictures. We stayed from June - Sept 2023, the villa is spacious & clean with a lovely downstairs open plan living space. The kitchen is well stocked with equipment, the beds & bedrooms are really comfortable with en suite bathrooms & air con. The pool and terrace is spacious with sun beds, tables and chairs, an outside shower and a dining area with a large table where we have been able to enjoy the amazing views! There are sun canopies and umbrellas for shade but the situation of the villa means there is always a lovely breeze to keep you cool.
The villa is very private, it is very peaceful and the perfect spot to escape from it all, you will honestly smile all day there!
We dealt with Nicole (owner) to book the villa: she answered all queries very promptly & was a pleasure to deal with. Jos was an exceptional owner / host to us from the start, showing us around the villa and gardens on the day we arrived. If we have had any questions or issues he was very quick to respond and always really helpful. He honestly made us feel so welcome.
You will not be disappointed in staying here, we loved every moment of our Greek summer and would definitely go back to stay again
