About this cottage rental
Isla's Nook is a beautiful, luxurious two bedroom lodge with a wrap around spacious terrace area and a sunken hot tub built into the decking at the rear of the lodge with countryside views. The new owners have already started to enhance the facilities in the lodge, with newly installed free wifi, a rokubox system in the lounge along with a Smart TV, and both bedrooms now have Smart TV's too.
This property is the size of a three bedroom lodge, with the additional space being cleverly used to provide you with luxurious accommodation, offering comfort and delight.
With it's own large wrap around terrace, a large sunken hot tub, and beautiful open plan living, it leaves you wanting for nothing.
It's superbly furnished, offering both style and comfort, finished off with a great central heating system, fire and and double glazing, it really is an all year holiday home.
The open plan living and kitchen area has plenty of light from large windows and double doors leading onto the terrace. The open plan design means it's a great place to holiday with friends and family, with everyone being able to join in the conversation at meal times.
You will find a smart TV and rokubox system in the lounge, whilst outside you will find table and chairs on the front terrace and reclining chairs and table on the rear terrace where you can relax by the Hot Tub. Isla's Retreat also comes with free wifi.
The bedrooms are large and spacious, each with a Smart TV. The Master bedroom boasts a king-size bed ensuring a wonderful restful night's sleep. It also has a walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom. The main bathroom is of a generous size with shower facilities over the bath.
You have everything Northumberland has to offer right on your doorstep, so you can take off and explore during the day and relax in the hot tub in the evening. It's a fantastic place to bring the family, or if you just want to chill out with a few friends, look no further than Isla's Nook.
The owners can provide you with a travel cot and high chair for little ones, just let us know when you book that you require these and we will arrange this for you.

Myself and 2 friends have just returned from a lovely weekend in Isla's Nook. Everything you need is provided and the lodge is very comfortable and cosy . However the veranda is in need of a clean and varnishing as there is a lot of moss on the railing and the gate .
We would definitely book again

We loved our stay at Isla’s Nook. It’s in a great position on Felmoor Park, not overlooked at the front or back with a large decking around the front, side and back with a large hot tub at the back and table and chairs front and back to enjoy. The decking was safe for our dog to be out on too on his own. The lodge itself is quite large and was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds in both bedrooms. The kitchen was the best I’ve seen and well equipped. The lounge area was cozy, if I wanted to say anything about it that would make it better is that another one or two small lamps are needed for the evening. Otherwise I would definitely stay in it again. A nice touch too with a bottle of Prosecco and chocolate left for us on our arrival!
It’s also in a great part of Northumberland for days out. The weather too was perfect!

Isla's Nook is a lovely lodge on a nice site. The lodge itself was very well appointed with everything you need for your stay. It was very comfortable and clean. The dog secured wrap around deck was a real bonus as was the really lovely sunken hot tub.
The site was really nice with lots of places to walk dogs on leads.
Being close to the Crazy Horse pub was a bonus to visit but at the weekend the music continued until around midnight so the 'quiet by 10pm' rule didn't seem to apply.
The site is ideally located for trips to the local attractions.

Enjoyed our stay at Isla's Nook.
Picked this lodge based on reviews, in particular the comfort of the bed, (I have back issues) however didn't find it overly comfortable. (Very soft) Lodge was well stock and had games to keep kids entertained. Some areas appeared to require more cleaning attention ie hot tub and dust in the bedroom. Overall, lovely location for walks and close to attractions in Morpeth area. Secure decked area for our dog to enjoy.
