Guests are required to sign our Renter Agreement in addition to any platform agreement.
Per platform policies, Good Day Getaways is authorized to hold a security deposit due to our API integration with their platform. Guests are required to provide this deposit at least 2 days before the start of their stay. The deposit will be held securely and released within 7 days after the stay, in accordance with platform policy, provided there are no issues.

Beautiful place. Clean and well decorated! Has pretty much everything you need. Can’t beat the location! Each bedroom with its own bathroom is soooo nice for our family. Love being able to use the garage. Also has chairs and a wagon for the beach which was a nice touch. Will definitely be back!

This was a last-minute trip planned for our family. Our first time to OBX and we had a great time! The townhouse was beautiful, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was also convenient to the beach and pool. We would definitely stay here again!
