OBX Star is a professionally managed, premier vacation home perfectly situated in the award-winning Corolla Light Resort (property is managed by Brindley Beach Vacations and is a Saturday - Saturday rental). Experience the Outer Banks' amazing beaches, beautiful Currituck Sound, and the resort's plentiful amenities all without getting in your car. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the front decks, kayaking the waters around Currituck Heritage Park, and walking along the nature trails and piers at the edge of the sound. When you are ready to head to the beach, stroll along the shaded walking path leading to the Oceanfront Pool Complex and enjoy private beach access, oceanfront pools, beach and poolside food and beverage service, and a host of services and activities exclusively for resort guests. And be sure to take advantage of the Indoor Sports Center, which offers an indoor swimming pool, tennis and racquetball courts, and fitness center. As a guest of OBX Star, you have full access to all Corolla Light Resort amenities!

Ground Level: The lower level features a game room with pool table and LCD TV/DVD. Bedroom with 2 bunk sets, Queen Bedroom, and a full hall bathroom.
Mid Level: The mid-level features a tile-lined foyer entrance welcoming you to a comfortable living area complete with gas fireplace, LCD TV, DVD, wet bar, mini-fridge, and entrance to the hot-tub deck. King Master Bedroom with LCD TV and full bath, Queen Bedroom, Bedroom with Two Twin beds, full hall bathroom, and laundry.
Top Level: The top level saves the best for last with a spacious great room with gas fireplace, LCD TV, DVD, well-equipped kitchen with adjoining breakfast bar, dining area, and a King Master Bedroom with LCD TV, Jacuzzi bath, shower, and double vanity area. Enjoy spectacular sunsets and peaks of the sound from the expansive top level deck which features comfortable Polywood Adirondack chairs and a Polywood 9-piece dining set.

We enjoyed the space of the house and the furnishings. Resort was wonderful with all activities. Kitchen could have used some pasta dishes, spare propane tank for the grill. We ran out and had to buy propane bc property management was closed. Two mattresses on middle level need replacing, not the master. None of these were major and management responded quickly. We really liked the house and pool. We were not prepared for all the traffic so we had to leave a day early. Took us 3 hours to get onto the island. All in all we had a wonderful vacation.

We had 3 generations together for a week from NC, NY & MN! We had plenty of room for 12 people & enjoyed all of the amenities. The pool & bikes were at the top of the favorites list. It is a great location with easy access to all the attactions OBX has to offer! We recommend the Silver Charters for a fishing trip (kid friendly & what a catch!) & Bob's Wild Horse Tour, the best narrative & viewing of the horses!

We had a great stay at this OBX rental! The location was perfect—just a short walk or bike ride to the pools and beach, which made it super convenient with kids. The home was stocked with bikes and games that kept everyone entertained, and there was plenty to do nearby from shops to great restaurants and family-friendly activities. The kids also enjoyed the on-site pool. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent, and the house was very spacious. The check in process was smooth. However, the house was disgusting on arrival. It was obvious nothing was swept, there were roaches and spiders everywhere. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, chicken bones in the kid's beds and food on the floor. The windowsills and doors were black with filth and dead bugs. The pillows were on a pile on the ground and the couches were filthy despite having slip covers that could have been washed. There was a vacuum cleaner, but it hardly worked. We spent the entire first night cleaning the house. I have photographs to back up everything I just wrote. Overall, a good experience, but I would hire a different cleaning service.
