- The rowboat is provided but is currently unavailable due to 100-year flood restrictions; availability will be updated once conditions allow.
- Please note that motorboats and wake activity on Lake Mitchell are subject to lake-wide restrictions. (Note: The dock and kayaks remain available for guest use).
- Your safety matters. This property features 9 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is on the garage facing the front porch. Camera 2 is on the fish shack facing out. Camera 3 is on the dog house facing the dock, fishing boat, sailboat, and kayak. Cameras 4 and 5 are in trees in the side yard facing the lake, fire pit, and street. Camera 5 is on the camper viewing the garage and RV. Camera 7 is a Ring doorbell device facing out towards the entryway. Camera 8 is a side yard and porch floodlight camera facing the 3 driveways. Great communication. Easy to find. Easy parking.Large clean home with LOTS of amenities!!!!Perfect for a larger group. Perfect space for muliple babies and all of their gear! Plenty to do inside and outside.Great location.
