This unique Sunrise Lake vacation get-away is only 2.5 hours Northwest of Detroit and 1 hour north of Grand Rapids. Come, and enjoy, a secluded mid-Michigan respite: close enough to nature to enjoy it; but within driving distance of other activities, too! Roomy, air-conditioned, with high-speed Internet access, plus a private beach, dock, 2 firepits, 1 Webber grill, and a multi-level deck, the property offers a panoramic lake view, in peaceful surroundings. The property has a fully-equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, and wood stove, a sunroom, 2 great rooms/living rooms, and 5 bedrooms for everyone's privacy.
Fishing boat, canoe, 4 kayaks, and a paddle boat are on the beach.
Check out the local attractions to explore the possibilities in our area. We are only 6 miles from "The Rose" (an excellent golf course) and The Cadillac Winery. We are also right around the lake from The Sunrise Lake Bar and Grill (a rustic "joint" renowned for its Friday night fish fries!).
This spacious home is fully equipped with all kitchen equipment and bedroom accessories so that you can just bring your toys, your books, your clothes, your personal toiletries, and food to cook in the kitchen or on the gas grill, and your JOY/ENERGY to enjoy your family/friends. It is ideal to accommodate large (and smaller) parties, who value their space, privacy, fun, and key amenities.

Cassandra’s home was magical! We came with many big and little kids, and everyone has something to do throughout our whole stay! The sand by the lake was perfect, there were plenty of kayaks, stand up paddle boards and life jackets. We gathered wood for the fire pit, and the setting was just perfect for us. It’s away from all the busyness of the city, it’s so peaceful, and we had the most wonderful time!

Interior nicely decorated and clean. Large enough for our family to spread out. Needs updated cookware. Good selection of appliances. Upstairs water pressure is very poor suggest different shower head. Would remove door wall to extend deck area. Deck in need of cleaning. Steps to beach were rotted and in need of replacement. Firepit area is a tripping hazard needs to be a level surface. Dock broke, caretaker promptly repaired. Hot tub needs to be professionally maintained. In need of lawn / grounds maintenace.
