We really enjoyed our stay here. We did many morning walks through the garden of the gods- so amazing that there is a trail entrance steps away from this home. Home was clean and user friendly.

The house was wonderful. Everything we needed was already there. Plenty of stuff for cooking and comfort. Beds were nice, bathrooms were nice. Pool table and foosball table. Deer and other animals visible in the neighborhood and in the yard all the time. Ability to walk right into Garden of the Gods. Nice park just down the road: basketball, baseball, tennis, playground all right there. Easy drive to Pikes Peak, Manitou Springs, Cliff Dwellings. So much to do in the area. Moderate drive to fishing and white water rafting. We had a great stay. And the owners were very easy to contact and deal with.

we stayed there for a long weekend. And could not believe how close we were to the garden of the gods. we did lots of hiking and even avoided having to drive to the visitor center because we could access everything from the house. we were able to observe a lot of wildlife and really enjoyed our stay. This is a great house.

If you had ten stars I would give this an eleven!! Everything was perfect. There were 9 of us and there was plenty of space for sitting, for sleeping, for eating. The outdoor space allowed us to see deer each evening. The game room was great for the twenty-plus kids. The room with the desk was used by our granddaughter who was working on an online class. The cars were in the garage and didn’t have to sit out in the sun. The kitchen was completely stocked with utensils and appliances ( we cooked all of our meals for nine except one lunch). But the location! Oh that location!! Every morning our family broke into groups and took a cool morning walk into the Garden of the Gods. Our grandson (22) got up at 4:00 so he could go into the Gardens and catch the sunrise. We also took a driving trip over to the trading post and walked the Juniper way in the evening. It was also on the right side of town for all of our tourist activities. You couldn’t ask for better hosts. I could text a question and they would answer back within the hour. I communicated about our cooking needs and Julie checked it out personally so it would have what we needed. Charming hosts. Our friends are looking into renting the house after our wonderful experience. Thanks to our wonderful hosts and VRBO!

Very impressed by our stay at this lovely house nestled against the Garden of the Gods. Fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels plus great living areas for eating and games.We were a group of six women just hanging out to explore local tourist attractions and this home worked perfectly for our needs.

Lovely, clean home. Great layout for 4 couples. We had a memorial service to attend @ USAFA, then tooled around Colorado Springs. Would definitely stay here again. Only thing that was odd is the posting says 2 car garage available to us 2 car driveway ... but there was a car parked in garage when we arrived. It didnt impact us, so not a big deal.

Wow! This place was amazing. So much room. There was nine of us and we could have easily added 5 more. Separate living spaces. Everything you need to stay a week! We cooked several meals here and had it all! Literally walk out the door and you see the Garden of the Gods. Beautiful!! We will absolutely stay here again when we return to COS. Wonderful hosts as well.

Our whole family (3 couples, 2 adult singles and 2 babies) stayed the week of Christmas and it was awesome! House was well outfitted and spacious and the fact that we could walk out the door and hit Garden of the Gods trails was fantastic! We saw lots of wildlife every day! The only thing that could have made it a smidge better is if there had been a pack n play or porta crib. But overall, we had an amazing stay and would recommend!

Thanks for the wonderful hospitality! This property was perfect for our mountain retreat. We came to Colorado Springs to see our girlie’s name on a national championship trophy in the U.S. Figure Skating Museum & Hall of Fame but loved the bonus of having the Garden of the Gods literally right in our backyard! The location and access to Garden of the Gods is unbelievably perfect! You really can just walk onto the Garden of the Gods property And hike and walk the . We would absolutely recommend this house. Lots of space (we had 6 of us) fully equipped, comfortable beds. The owners were very responsive and helpful for small things we needed. We would rent again!

Excellent location, thank you for accommodating our request to check in early. Much appreciated. Parking was great. perfect size for our group of 9, desk very useful, railing is wobbly, need more cutlery, plates, red wine glasses, propane tank valve stuck open, legs of front sitting room chair very loose, same for chair in basement next to garage door, we tighten legs on side table in futon room, perhaps instead of a futon have a twin bed, Futon uncomfortable even for one. Thanks again Julie. Will recommend you to others.

Nicely updated property with the best location- Garden of the Gods is literally in the backyard! We felt close to everything we wanted to do. The house was very clean. Games and game tables were on site. Cooking essentials provided. It was great for our girlfriend getaway! If stairs are an issue for you, be aware that there is a full flight if entering from the garage or half flight at the front door. Everyone in our party declared multiple times that it was the perfect place to stay for us. Thank you, Julie!

This lovely home was PERFECT for our family of 10!! It is so clean and with awesome decor, well stocked with everything we needed, beds so comfortable and we loved the location!!! We walked to Rock Ledge Ranch in one minute and to Garden of the Gods in 10 minutes…. What a treat!!! This was a great place for our family to stay when we were in Colorado Springs for my daughter's college graduation from CC. Fantastic location. We loved strolling on the trails in Garden of the Gods. House was spacious and very clean.

We had a quick, but nice stay in Colorado Springs. We wanted a home near the Garden of the Gods and this home was a perfect fit for us. Comfortable furnishings, lovely decor and all around pleasant stay. We were walking distance to Garden of the Gods. The weather—well, it’s Colorado, so you never know what you’re going to get. April snow! We still got in a hike. Our host was responsive and welcoming.

Great location since it’s close to Garden of the Gods, nice house, but no way to lock back door from house to garage. Owners are aware and prefer it that way for some reason, claimed they didn’t have a key for the door. Also, no window coverings on street level bonus room. If you’re security minded, the lack of a lock on back door is a deal breaker. Also, you must climb stairs to get to main living area, problem for elderly family members. Maybe that’s obvious in pictures but I didn’t realize until I got there.

I can't emphasize enough how great this house was and the host was incredible! This house is a sidewalk away from Garden of the Gods and great walking and hiking trails. It is convenient to shopping, restaurants, Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City. There is plenty of room and had everything we needed, plus some, for a great stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful, too! We hope to stay there again!

Firstly, the location cannot be beat. As promised you can easily walk into the Garden of the Gods from the house and avoid the traffic hassles. In addition, it is really close to the shops and restaurants of the Old Colorado City district, and close to Manitou Springs and all of its attractions. The house itself is an older home that has been tastefully renovated and decorated and was immaculately clean. It served our family well.
