Welcome to Condo Bella Vista. Recently added to VRBO, our guests are raving about this quiet, luxurious retreat with breathtaking bay views, sophisticated style, and a short walk or ride to the vibrant night life, art galleries, shopping and restaurants of Puerto Vallarta's enchanting Zona Romantica. 2000 square feet all on one level, large outdoor spaces and your own private plunge pool on the terrace.
This is our dream come true and we are so excited to share it with you! We want to create an exceptional experience and know from our travels that details matter.
Bella Vista features two luxurious master suites, each with spa-like polished travertine baths, huge glass walk-in showers and private terraces. Sleep well in the sumptuous king beds each with luxury 800 thread count Supima cotton bedding and hypo-allergenic down pillows. The terrace off of Suite One features a private heated infinity plunge pool (accessible from the rest of the condo as well). Large pool towels are provided, of course. Suite Two includes a quiet palapa-roofed terrace with a hammock and is perfect for reading or just relaxing.
Take in the stunning view from the big bayfront terrace with your morning Nespresso and enjoy the sunsets, sparkling lights of town and nightly fireworks in the evenings from the pool.
Relax in the hammock on the quiet palapa terrace with a book under the "Arbol del Amor" (Tree of Love) custom-commissioned sculpture with twinkling lights and glass hearts.
The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream and is outfitted with pro-grade cookware, brand-new stainless steel appliances and triple-filtered water from the tap. The locally-sourced Parota solid wood cabinetry and woodwork provides a rich feel throughout the condo. There is also a full-size washer/dryer in the unit to make packing so much easier.
The condo is kept spotless by our amazing housekeeper Anet. Maid service is included every three days. High speed internet and television is provided on the 65" flat screen including Netflix and Roku, with immersive sound from the Sonos soundbar also available for streaming music throughout the condo.
Our building also has a beautiful large infinity pool for residents and guests with loungers and outdoor showers. Our building is small so it is never crowded.
Located just above Old Town in the beautiful neighborhood of Amapas, Bella Vista is about an 8-10 minute walk or quick Uber ride to the famous Malecon and Los Muertos beach. We love to walk down into town, but we are on a hill so walking back can be a bit of a workout— we usually opt for a cab ride for about $5. Taxis and Ubers are very plentiful here if you prefer not to walk at all!
We can handle any needs you have, including private transportation to and from the airport, grocery shopping so the condo is stocked when you get there, tours and excursions, in-room massages and convenient and affordable Covid testing prior to your departure right at the condo. We can also provide recommendations on any activities or help with choosing from the multitude of amazing restaurants Puerto Vallarta has to offer. Or say the word and we can dispatch a private chef to prepare something amazing.

We greatly enjoyed our five week stay at this property. The condo is located in a mostly quiet hilly area with lots of trees. We enjoyed spending lots of time on the deck which offers a wonderful view out to the water in the distance. The condo is exceptionally well appointed with all the cooking utensils, spices and condiments, shopping bags, etc. that you hope to find. All the appliances are of a very quality and work as they should. We regularly took dips in the plunge pool on the deck.The managers of the property check regularly to make sure everything is ok, and quickly responded to any inquiry. They arranged transport from and to the airport, as well as weekly 90 minute massage treatments at the condo for my wife and I. The owner of the unit also regularly touched base to be sure things were going well. Twice a week a cleaning lady came in and did a thorough cleaning of the unit.As others have pointed out, the one special consideration for this property is that it is about a 20 minute walk into the heart of the Romantic Zone, and it is up and down, but mainly down, and quite steep in places, on cobblestone roads where you need to pay attention. The walk back to the building is quite uphill and can be a bit challenging in the heat of the day. Happily, Uber is readily available, but be sure to book while up at the condo as the road is in a bit of a dead spot.We recommend this property to anyone looking for a home outside of, but accessible to, çentral PV.

From the moment we booked to the moment we sadly departed, this villa exceeded our expectations. Jim and his staff were welcoming, responsive, and accommodating. We ordered groceries and the car service in advance and everything was ready when we arrived. The villa is beautiful, clean, and modern. The bed was very comfortable and we loved the balcony and dipping pool. We liked being high above town where it was quiet but enjoyed being able to get to town and beach quickly and easily (less than 5 mins)! The view is fantastic and we saw (and heard) rare birds from our balcony.We also got massages by Claudia and Ana. They were some of the best massages we’ve ever had - and we’ve had great massages! Afterwards, Chef Korina prepared an amazing meal for us. And Layce and Dulce helped us with the perfect timing of both! We are already planning when we can return!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our honeymoon at Jim and Connie’s beautiful condo in PV! The property manager, Layce, and Jim were so communicative and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Layce helped us organize in-house massages that were fantastic and went over their many other offerings. The building staff also met us at check in and check out to make sure everything went smoothly and that we settled in nicely. The condo itself was spotless and fully stocked with anything we needed and we were able to arrange to have groceries ready for us on arrival thanks to Layce. We enjoyed breakfast on the patio, drinks by the private soaking pool, and a couple quiet nights in front of the TV. We really did not have to ask for anything and it was the perfect home away from home. The location was also great for what we were looking for in PV. It’s a short walk down the hill and town to the beach (we loved sapphire beach club) and taxis or Ubers were super affordable if we didn’t feel like walking. The road is paved with large stones as are most roads in PV but it was fine in good walking shoes/sandals. Nice quiet neighborhood, comfy bed, AC, and a great view! Ultimately, they all run an excellent and streamlined operation and my husband and I were blown away.
