Casa Hortencias, the home that started this amazing vacation rental business. This wonderuful Mexican Style home was purchased in 1999 and has hosted thousands of happy guests over the years. The home has three bedrooms and three baths, an open floor plan with kitchen and living/dining spaces and a relaxing terrace off of the living room and master bedroom. Then walk up the the amazing rooftop terrace and experience paradise on the hill above Puerto Vallarta and The Bay of Banderas. For stays of less than 5 nights, please send a message about availability.
If we can accommodate a stay of 4 nights or less a $50 per night fee will be added.
Additional guests are $50 per person per night. Please ask for revised quote.
Cleaning fees, accidental damage insurance, and tax will be added to all rental rates
We suggest you purchase trip insurance on your own to cover personal possessions and any complication you man encounter on your trip.
We accept pets for a $100 per pet fee.
There are extra charges for pac n'play, high chairs, beach chairs, airport pick up, grocery delivery and other services.
Many of our homes are near each other so we can often accommodate larger groups

Everything about the property is as advertised. It was perfect for our group of three golfers. Having housekeeping and gardening/pool service was really nice. Cibrian was there on our arrival to check us in and attentive to our needs and requests. There was a good spot to park our rental car. The streets to the place are an adventure but that’s PV for you. The pool is wonderful!

The property was absolutely perfect. The private pool was gorgeous and the views were phenomenal. All of the bed rooms have their own air conditioning, dehumidifier, ceiling fan, and standing fans which was amazing given the warm and muggy climate. The house was a quick walk down the hill or a very short uber drive to the shopping area. The property management team was amazing at making sure our stay was perfect and I would definitely come back to stay again.

It’s evident this home has been loved and cared for over a long period of time. The lush gardens are beautiful. The outdoor patio areas are lovely. The kitchen is adequate and well stocked. However. It receives no sun and is dark and musty smelling no matter how many windows are open. The secondary bedrooms are quite small and the 3rd bedroom doesn’t have a bath Because of that we would not return to this property. Light and sun are a must for us.
