On the hills of Moneglia, a pearl awarded every year the "Blue Flag" - for the quality of beaches and water - and the "Orange Flag", as a village among the most beautiful in Italy, in one of the loveliest spots Liguria, halfway between Portofino and Cinque Terre, the house stands leaves Silver.
Immersed in the green and silver of the olive trees, hence the name of the home, the house "Silver" Leaves is the perfect retreat from the hustle of downtown, a place to indulge your senses with the aroma of lemon trees, oranges and cherries.
Recently completely restored, the unit is equipped and equipped with all comforts.
The outdoor area / garden boasts a unique panoramic view of the Gulf of Moneglia and is equipped with a bench, chairs and garden tables.
The house is equipped with:
- a new kitchen complete with appliances (hob, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer);
- 2 private bathrooms both with hairdryer, toiletries and walk-in shower
In the common areas you will also have WIFI, welcome set, double flat screen satellite TV, double sofa, iron and ironing board, kettle.
On-site parking is private and free.

Our overall experience was wonderful. The home was immaculate and had everything we needed. The outside space had a lovely view and was a peaceful space to relax and unwind with beautiful landscaping. Moneglia is a quiet coastal community and a great spot to explore from by car bus or train.Access to the home was impacted by the costal road being shut so we had to enter from the hills road which was a little confusing at first. The roads are very narrow so you need to be a confident driver who is good at reversing as needed. You definitely get used to it but just to be aware. The house is on the hillside a good 30min walk from Moneglia and the return is uphill so a car is helpful. Nice local restaurant within a 10min walk. Perfect getaway but the location is outside of the town.

The apartment is very clean and appears to have been very recently updated as everything appears new. The check in process could not be easier. Parking and driving take some getting used to for Americans, but you do and it is well worth it. The views from the rooms and the patio are spectacular. We found it extraordinarily quiet at night. Moneglia is a gem.

We are glad to have stayed the last two weeks in this beautiful property above Moneglia. The house, the Garden and especially the views are fantastic. Everything was very clean, the house well-equipped and we felt totally comfortable from the first moment on.
Michael is a gentle host. Moneglia is a perfect place to start your exploration of the Ligurian coast especially to Portofino or Cinque Terre. As there is so much to see there, we will definitely return in the future.
