Located in downtown Ocean City, this unique and family-friendly 816 square foot two-bedroom second floor condo is centrally located 1 -1/2 blocks from Ocean City's famous boardwalk between Baltimore and Philadelphia Ave. Built in 1950, this nicely decorated condo has modern upgrades to make it feel cozy but still make it feel old town vintage.
just minutes walking distance to the boardwalk, beach, shops, restaurants, amusements and the newly revitalized downtown Bayside Park, located just a few blocks south on 4th street, you can park your car in the provided private off-street parking spot (one spot per unit) or free on-street parking and never move your car for the entire week if you choose! Or just chill out on the private deck and enjoy the sights and sounds of the city.
With 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, this enchanting property is perfect for up to six guests. This fully furnished central AC/heat condo includes dishes, bed linens, two bath towels per person, two TVs, DVD player, Wi-Fi, Roku streaming sticks (guest to provide their own streaming servicers), Keurig coffee and regular coffee makers, and much more.
So, kickback, relax, and enjoy everything Ocean City and our condo has to offer.
Bookings between June 28th and August 23rd are weekly (Saturday to Saturday) or mini-weekly (Saturday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday) only.
Must be minimum 25 years of age to rent unit. This property does not rent to high school seniors, especially during high school senior weeks in June.

Location is a very short walk to the beach. Checking in and out was very easy. Apartment was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We would definitely rent it again.
