These upgraded and renovated families-only apartments are conveniently located in the heart of Ocean City, just one and a half short blocks from the beach and boardwalk and a short walk to the bay. Each unit comes fully furnished and has 2 bedrooms. Each apartment has a new Queen-size bed in one bedroom, the other bedroom has new Twin-size bunk bed plus a new individual twin bed.
Each living room has a sleeper sofa, large eat in kitchen complete with microwave, coffee maker, blender and all eating and cooking utensils, and a full bath. Each unit has cable TV, new air conditioning, and either porch or patio. There are Ocean and Bay views from the second floor units. There is a grill on premise which is free of charge to our guests.
Shopping, restaurants, churches, parks, boardwalk and most activities are within walking distance. Linens are not provided so please bring sheets/queen pillow cases and towels.
Lodging Agreement (external) and copy of State issued Drivers License or ID required for all bookings.

Great property! Jonathan was great, we were able to check in a little early, he was always fast at responding to any questions we had.The property was clean, just as advertised and a great overall location. Really close to the beach and the Bay, close to restaurants and bars as well. We enjoyed the barbecue and hang out spot out back too.

We had an excellent stay at this ocean city beach condo. it as clean well maintained and best for a family. the location was perfect , just steps away from beaches and restaurants. Kitchen was equipped well and beds were comfortable. The host was very accommodative and responsive, ensuring we have everything we needed for a perfect vacation. we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and look forward to returning in the future.

We were very satisfied with this property overall. The location is fantastic. Three minute walk to the boardwalk and all it has to offer--restaurants, shopping, places for ice cream. Easy to walk to either end of the board walk and also to the bay. The house was very clean, stocked with everything we needed (including laundry detergent for the shared washer/dryer which was a nice bonus with a toddler), the front porch was great, and Jonathan was very easy to work with. We were very satisfied.
I give it only three stars on account that our unit (while impeccably clean) was a bit run down: with mismatched paint on the walls and ceilings that contributed a drab atmosphere. The small yard was under construction so not especially pleasant to spend time in. The sofa was not comfortable and squeaked a lot when sitting/shifting.
A few improvements (e.g., fresh coats of paint in the kitchen and living rooms; in the back some minor landscaping or potted plants, an umbrella for the picnic table, clearing away construction debris) would make it a pleasant place to hang out when you're not at the beach.
These things aside, we enjoyed our time and we'd consider renting again.
