Walk to Bay & Ocean City Beach! 'English Condo'

Perfect location between bay and beach. Quiet. Outside seating available.

Tub needs some cleaning - grout and floor. Mattress cover had stains. WiFi did not work - did not need it, but the name of the network was not discoverable. Frying pans scratched.

The property was all in all the perfect place for our stay! Location was great, condo was clean, and it was overall quiet and peaceful.

There are two things we found that we didn't like. One, parking during a festival is atrocious as is, but even with free street parking and getting to the condo early in the day, we still had to pay for parking a few streets over (mostly on us though). The second was the towel and linen policy. After messaging with Ovett, I learned that on the original listing stated that towels and linens must be provided by the tenant. But on the confirmation message, it stated "Strip linens from all used beds [and] Place all used linens and towels in a pile." So this confused us a bit on whether they were provided. We went out and bought some anyways (no big deal) but further clarification on this would help the next tenants.

The property was in a nice location and was peaceful.

The property was not cleaned very well for us there was a lot of debris laying around and the parking was horrible ended up having to pay for a spot because the hotels around where telling there guests to park in front of these condos

The condo was what we expected. The location was great as you were close enough to walk to the inlet, but not in the midst of the hustle. The kitchen was updated, the bathroom was more outdated, but no real complaints. It was clean, comfortable & had all we needed for a long weekend.

Nothing was bad, just some things could be updated, although still totally functional.
