Close proximity to all the downtown action (Fireworks, Concerts, Boardwalk, Restaurants, Water sports, Fishing, mini Golf and more) this is a prime location to stay in Ocean City. Perfect location for all the great events in Ocean City (Oceans Calling, Country Calling, Spring Fest, Cruisin, Jeep Fest, White Marlin Open, Sunfest, etc). This condo features an open living area with the living room, dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. First bedroom features a queen sized bed and television. Second bedroom features a queen sized bed, bunk-beds and television. The full-bathroom is centrally located and accessible throughout the condo. Community amenities include an outdoor pool and two parking spaces for the condo. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. License Number - 29652
General Policies
Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations shall be in writing. Processing, management and credit card fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to an additional processing fee. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.

The mold on the couch and in the coffee maker made this a difficult place to walk into. I appreciate the quick response of Coastal Living to replace the coffee maker and clean the couch. They left a fan but unfortunately the smell never dissipated. Besides this, it was a wonderful location that I would rent again.

Great location, reasonably priced. Enjoyed the sunrises and sunsets with just a short walk. Spacious and comfortable. Had to contact property management for a minor detail, they showed up and handled the issue quickly. We enjoyed the boardwalk, the beach and day trips to Assateague Island.

The start was very disappointing, person at property said she didn’t know Coastal Vacations so couldn’t get parking passes. After we arrived the linen person showed up with all our clean linen therefore after a 6 hour trip we had to make our beds!!!

They dont allowe early chexk in or late check out dude to cleaning but when we got there we mopped the floors due to have babys on the floor and they was dirty..found mold stuff under things ax didnt work the whole trip they came with a portable ac and fans and had repair guys there out last full day take old out and new in so had to deal with other people in the condo while we was on vacation...only 2 of4 windows opened with ease and only 1 had a screen...cant lock door from inside so toddlers can open door when they want...they offerened 175 dollars backbout of over 1600 we spent and qe paid extra to cover if anything broke just to get there and stuff be broken.The excuse wasbshe just got the place 2 weeks ago but the hvac saidbhebtoldbthe other owner 3 years ago the unit needs replaced.But beside it being hotter inside then out the location is amazong checking in is easy and chexking out u just leave..nice place should have places to sit outside not just at pool area...security on site was very serious about it and are very friendly.
