About this house rental

This 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath luxury home is located in beautiful Log Hill, just 15 minutes from Ridgway and approximately 45 miles from Telluride. Featuring a generously equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances, a spacious vaulted ceiling living space with spectacular views, a wood-burning fireplace, and a flat-screen TV.
Enjoy breathtaking views of the Cimarron and Sneffel's Mountain ranges and beautiful outdoor living space with a gas BBQ grill and mountain-inspired outdoor furniture. It is the perfect retreat to bask in the cool mountain air, take in the plentiful views, and create a base camp for all of your mountain adventures. There is also a trail (for residents/guests only) out the back door that meanders several miles throughout the entire Log Hill Village area and offers amazing views.
There is parking in the east garage for one car, with plenty of additional parking available off the driveway in front of the home.

Nestled at nearly 8,000 feet, Log Hill Mesa, CO offers year-round outdoor activities and has everything you could want during your Colorado mountain vacation any time of year! In the spring, summer, and fall months visitors enjoy exploring, riding ATVs, hiking, biking, rock climbing, horseback riding excursions, and fishing. You'll love the summer music series in Ouray's Fellin Park or music in Ridgway's Park! In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray and Ridgway! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs.

Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.

Amazing view of sneffles range - atop a cliff Property was very nice but a bit dated View probably can’t be beat and is on par with telluride views of mt Wilson from above the airport

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were rebooked to this cabin due to internet issues at our first cabin. The good: This cabin had a stunning view, like nothing I have ever seen. The new and updated kitchen was awesome and the living room had a great fireplace. The view made the rest of the issues somewhat tolerable.When we walked in there was a horrible smell, like old lunchmeat. The master bedroom also had a smell like something died in the wall. The bathrooms on the main floor were old, moldy, rusty and like mini concentration camps. Just bad, scary and gross. Luckily we found respite in the upstairs loft bathroom.Lights would turn on and off sporadically just giving an overall spooky vibe.The location was great, view wise and 15 min from town. The rental company staff were wonderful to work with and so kind and accommodating to get us into this cabin, it's a shame it wasn't a better experience. We would not stay at this property again unless the bathrooms were remodeled and we were armed.
