Welcome to Pine Time! This spacious 4B/2.5BA home has recently been renovated and is ready to welcome you to the Switzerland of America! Relax amongst the pines, sip coffee on the decks, and enjoy quick access to the local hot springs pool, restaurants, hiking trails, and more!
The Space:
The cabin sits a mere 1.7 miles from the heart of Ouray, offering both proximity to the town's amenities and a tranquil escape. Nestled amid majestic pine trees, it grants seclusion and a serene atmosphere. You can relish the great outdoors from the front deck, rear deck, or the private balcony deck adjoining the primary room.
The primary bedroom features a king size bed, TV, a vanity & sink, and exclusive access to a private upper balcony deck through wall-to-wall sliding glass doors. Wake up looking straight out into the stunning wilderness.
The "bunk room" is spacious and has two queen beds and a set of twin bunk beds. This room also has amazing 10 ft windows to gaze out into the pines from.
The loft bedroom features tons of natural light from 10 ft windows and a king size bed, a cozy leather lounging chair, and beautiful views. Please note that this room is on the top level, and is accessed by a spiral staircase.
The lower level bedroom features a plush queen bed and is on the walk-out basement level. This is the only bedroom that does not require stairs to get to.
There is a full bathroom on the walk-out basement level, a full bathroom on the upper level near the primary and bunk rooms, and there is a half bath on the main level. Brand new granite vanities have been installed in this bathroom and the primary bedroom.
The kitchen is fully equip with everything you may need, and features a brand new Thor oven, high end cutlery, professional grade pots and pans, and plenty of bakeware and chef's tools make the kitchen highly functional. Sliding glass doors walk out to the back deck from the dining/kitchen area.
The living room features a 55" TV, a cozy electric stove fireplace, amazing window seats, and the coffee table is full of games and cards. This space is the heart of the home.
There is a small bonus living area on the walk-out basement level complete with a wet bar, beverage refrigerator/freezer, couch and TV.
The property is ideally located for those seeking peace and quiet but do not want to be far from town. Easily drive in for dinner and a soak at the hot springs, and then retreat to the serene peace that The Woods provides.

This is our second time staying at Pine Time and we had an amazing second trip. Home is exactly as described, cozy with tons of great amenities. Niki is a fantastic host who is quick to respond and help with anything needed. Definitely recommend this location for a wonderful getaway.

Overall this place was very well appointed and gave us everything we needed for a great few days in Ouray. The host was responsive to our questions within 20 minutes or so. The bed in the master was cozy and we had plenty of space to spread out and relax when we had downtime. Limited availability at the time placed a small party in a home that would have accommodated 8-10 easily- so we didn’t utilize all the amenities to the fullest extent.

While ultimately we enjoyed our time here, we would definitely expect more repairs/improvements at this high a price point. There was an awful sewage smell from downstairs which the owner was responsive of, and sent a handyman right over, but the poor state of the plumbing and electric again maybe not expected at this price. There are also many uncovered windows even in a downstairs bedroom you could see directly inside. Also the trash had been left by the previous tenants(?) and was completely full, so we had to stack trash in the garage which is also the game room. Finally, the fridge seemed to not cool well especially towards the bottom and we had meat spoil. Overall, just not what we expected at the price and would probably pick another location next time unfortunately.
