The living room offers access through two separate doors to a private sunny terrace. From the living room a spiral staircase leads to the inviting chalet style sleeping accommodation which features a spacious double master bedroom with sloping ceiling and a second large bedroom with twin single beds ideal for younger guests. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room to sleep 2 guests.
From the upper floor a private roof terrace with dining furniture can also be enjoyed which boasts delightful lake and mountain views.
A modern and stylish bathroom is also conveniently situated on each floor of the split-level property.
The property also benefits from a washing machine, a telephone entry system and car parking facility.
