Location, views, size. Responsive host. Clean and comfortable.
Not a full wall between bedrooms, not enough pillows, parking often was a long distance away especially on an evening. Plug in sink did not work. Glasses very small. These points did not spoil our stay but worth noting for possible improvement.

Really lovely apartment with a balcony and stunning views of the lake, right opposite the ferry landing to Nesso. We loved Brienno, it's much quieter than lots of the other towns with little traffic but there was still enough going on with the fab pizza restaurant and the bar down by the swimming spot. Customer service was also excellent and they helped us extend our stay even though that meant staying in a different apartment and rebooking.
It could have been slightly better stocked with hand soap, salt and pepper and a tea towel.
