The view was fab

It was dirty Cheaply appointed,mismatch and cheap quality furniture and bedding, fans so cheap they wouldn't stand straight Bathroom amenities were a joke,a cheap sachet of some sort of soap,that's it No spare toilet paper Cheap bed sheets with holes Dirty toilet, dirty cupboards, dirty stove Absolutely no amenities (no tea or coffee) only a cheap pack of dried pasta and a can of ready-made tomato sauce...why bother..noteven any salt or pepper 4 nights and no service at all, for €250 per night it's the price of a hotel Shower was broken, wouldn't stay upright when water was turned on One day no hotwater at all All in all, a less than average stay Someone should teach the cleaners how to clean, because they have no idea

Location, views, size. Responsive host. Clean and comfortable.

Not a full wall between bedrooms, not enough pillows, parking often was a long distance away especially on an evening. Plug in sink did not work. Glasses very small. These points did not spoil our stay but worth noting for possible improvement.

Lovely apartment, beautiful views of the lake, cute small town and great customer service.

Really lovely apartment with a balcony and stunning views of the lake, right opposite the ferry landing to Nesso. We loved Brienno, it's much quieter than lots of the other towns with little traffic but there was still enough going on with the fab pizza restaurant and the bar down by the swimming spot. Customer service was also excellent and they helped us extend our stay even though that meant staying in a different apartment and rebooking.

It could have been slightly better stocked with hand soap, salt and pepper and a tea towel.

Not that clean, a lot of dirty areas arounds and spider webs. Almost none toletries(even if menrioned), hand soap or shower gel was available just for 1 day. No WI-FI the network signal is really weak or at all, no coffee machine as described, no ironing machine(even if mentioned). Too many things listed as available but they are not.

Beautiful view and spacious apartment, but the location is a bit tricky without your own car.

Very spacious, and the view from the Apartment is very nice, just across the street from one good pizzeria and walking distance to a nice lakeside lounge/ restaurant.

Accessibility - if you plan on taking public transportation, it is a nightmare to be located in the area. Paid Hotel/ Apartment asking us to clean after ourselves. The single beds are somewhat unstable and there is only one electrical outlet by the bed which is used for the lamps, therefore, nowhere to plug your chargers.

Lovely views and balcony.

The view from the living room was great, as it overlooked the lake especially with the balcony.

Bed was very creaky, so every time you moved it made lots of noise. Struggled with storage, as wardrobes didn't have much space.

A good sized apartment with lovely views over lake como , a well equipped kitchen area to prepare meals.

Unfortunately this apartment wasn't quite right for us. It's location was a bit too remote, it was hard to find parking and we had to park 20 mins away and walk down narrow roads with our luggage. There's also no air con or fans so it got extremely hot and we struggled to sleep at night. There's a restaurant next door that's open till late (middnight) and very noisy .The church bells next to the apartment start ringinging from 7.30am and then every 30 mins , the apartment wasn't the cleanest, and there were 100s of flies and little spiders all over the apartment. And for this reason we only stayed for one out of the 3 nights we booked.

Good location and spacious apartment.

It is a spacious apartment with a beautiful view on the lake. It has a very nice location. It is close to a bus station and the town is connected with the main route with a small street, which makes Brienno very nice little town on the edge of Lake Como.

Firstly, the apartment was not clean, with black mold on the bath edge and the bed covers have not been washed before our arrival. For the price we paid for the apartment, one would expect that the apartment will be clean. Secondly, the pier is not operational at the moment, and one would have liked to be informed prior to our visit about that as we planned our trip accordingly. However, I will still recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a spacious apartment with great views.

Super nice host, wenn we messed up with the keys he immediately found a solution. He was very responsive and patiently answered all our questions before the trip. Well equipped kitchen. Location directly at the lake - amazing!

The port was closed, so when we wanted to get a boat we had to go to the next village, which was a bit of a hassle. But this is of course not the fault of the apartment! We did not find a place in the village to buy food. But again no big deal as busses take you to the other villages.

The interior is on the simple side. The interior, bathroom in particular, could have been better appointed in order to match the unbeatable location and view, as well as the asking price.

The living area was spacious and great sofas . Kitchen also large and two bathrooms. Elevator was slow but worked . Some old world charm retained .

No good knife 🔪 or chopping boards. Only one tea towel and one old sponge for dishes not hygienic . Only one set of keys meant we couldn't go our separate ways which was very difficult. Very impersonal service & contact with staff . The bedrooms were tiny !!! and my East facing window had No Curtains so blasted by the Sun at 7am had to get out of bed or be sunburnt !!!! Many outside lights shining in all night thru windows with no covering . The 2nd bedroom was single beds not suitable for adult couple . The beds were cheap camping frames and not sprung mattress just a solid lumpy thing Very uncomfortable. We were pushed to be out by 10am or incur extra charges , stressful vibes.

There was a church next to the apartment and there were bells ringing early in the morning. Bathroom could have been cleaner. There was no parking space near the apartment, you should always drive and walk back for at least 10..15 min.

It is a beautiful apartment in beautiful area.

Oh the views are exceptional from the apartment. It was just stunning and I would love to go back again. It was just so tranquil. The apartment was just beautiful and so romantic. It just has this lovely rustic feel to it. I would a 100% recommended it.

The only negative was the public transport, as it is a bit of a distance from central Como.
