Très belle maison, moderne et très bien équipée avec de très bons lits et une situation géographique merveilleuse au bord du lac. Grande cuisine, balcon donnant sur le lac avec une table et chaises très agréable pour le petit déjeuner.
Une très agréable maison.
Très peu de choses.
Il faudrait juste ajouter quelques couverts notamment des petites cuillères car il n'y en a que trois minuscules, et un ou deux torchons pour la cuisine, car deux torchons pour la semaine c'est un petit peu juste. C'est tout.

Location and property is stunning, house is very well equipped and very peaceful. Rooms are spacious with air conditioning throughout. We really enjoyed our time here.
Whilst the house is dog friendly, be aware that there are no options to walk your dog straight from the house without crossing the busy road to the lone patch of grass on the other side. Parking is directly opposite and is small, our VW transporter is about the largest that will fit, but again be aware you need to dart across the busy road and flatten yourself against the wall and your vehicle whilst you unload your car/enter the gate.

The house was big enough with 3 sleeping rooms and two bathrooms.
The kitchen was good and large. There is a decent size fridge but no freezer becareful to buy frozen foods.
The house had a very good view of the Lake Como which was the best part.
The house was located near a very busy road with cars going 80km/h speed and there was no safe parking place.
You need to part in the other side of the road in a place near the hill and then cross the road.
Not good for families with children and people with walking difficulties.
The beds and linens were clean but the house was full of spiders, if you are scared of spiders it is not a good choice.
2 of the 3 ACs were not cooling properly only one of them worked well.
