A Character property, loved the vintage style decor & very clean. Michaela was kind enough to leave a few groceries which were very welcome on arrival. The property is perched on a hill overlooking the lake, it was simply stunning. The old medieval town was situated on the Strata Regia hiking route, we enjoyed some lovely walks to neighbouring towns. The local bus stop is close by & much quieter than the tourist lake side services. Michaela was also kind enough to collect us on arrival as the property is accessed by many steps, & drop us back to the bus stop at the end of our stay too, All of which add to it's character but not so great for carrying luggage, so don't be put off if you are travelling by foot. We did visit Como & Bellagio & the peace & quiet back at the accomodation was so welcome. Can't recommend enough & would most definately love to stay again.

Just be mindful no bus service on a Sunday & no grocery store nearby. However as previously mentioned Michaela had left us some groceries to be getting on with.

Being out of the way of the fast life with fantastic views, authentic feel and the best hosts.

The host is very lovely. She welcomed us warmly at her cozy and beautiful home—-It has a very authentic Italian vibe and the view of lake Como is stunning. Will definitely stay there again if we ever come back again to Como.
