A very special place to stay. Stunning views over lake Como in peaceful tranquillity. The hostess Michaela was as enchanting as the location and property. To top it all we have a fabulous meal at Tipi Tipici the local bar a 5 minute walk away (down a steep pathway 🫣 so maybe not for the less mobile, although Michaela would drive you there if needed) The apartment itself was 1950’s retro style, and spotless. We adored it, almost as much as the stunning views🤩 We are fairly well travelled and would rank this as one of our favourite places to stay. It really felt like paradise to us!

The bathroom (showroom) is a little cramped, but perfectly functional.

We loved everything

Absolutely everything was beyond perfect! Michaela was the best host you can dream of. So friendly, warm and welcoming! The apartment was stunning, the view literally takes the breath away. All windows and balcony have a gorgeous view of mountains and lake como! You literally couldn’t stay in a better spot. The host picked us up from the bottom car park and took us to the property and then we walked down to the restaurant (around 7 minutes walk down a lot of stairs) and then she picked us up again in the night after dinner and in the morning she dropped us back down with the luggage. Breakfasts served was delicious, everything was fresh and she even baked a fresh cake in the morning. The apartment has a garden that you can sit in during the day and private balcony in the room. The house had everything you could possibly need - towels, toiletries, hair dryer, coffee, tea, milk, sugar, honey and even fresh juice in the fridge! I highly recommend this place and we will definitely be coming back again next year!❤️
