The location was lovely and overall we enjoyed our time. The rooms were very spacious and lots of closet space.
However, I was very disappointed to find black mold in the shower. For the price paid, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness.

Amazing place! Even for rainy days, I was nearly desperate and worry about the trip is gonna be ruined by the big rain, but I have to say the house saved us! Spectacular views in a lovely nice balcony and yard and from the bedroom windows! Our family stayed for two nights, the experience is memorable. Thank you so much for the wonderful and warming host! Wonderful location!
Restaurant upstairs is just okay, I prefer not eat over there

Booking Villa Annabella was the best choice we could have made when we decided to visit Lake Como!
The facilities at the villa are just what we were looking for, the rooms and bathroom are good sized and airy, the kitchen is large, well kept and equipped.
We loved the stunning view we could get from every corner of this house, especially from the garden!
The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from a couple of restaurants and bars, in a quiet area but close enough (few minutes drive) to the main town , sightseeing spots and shopping.
Last but not least, the staff who welcomed us to Villa Annabella made our stay really special, giving us great suggestions on the area. Thank you so much Mihai and Alberto, we'll surely come and visit you again!
Everything was perfect! We couldn't find anything we didn't like.
