Breathtaking scenery in a beautiful setting!
Enjoying an elevated position on the Argegno hillside in a newly built luxury private Residence this property is ideal for large groups and families who would like to stay in a high standard of holiday accommodation.
A contemporary open plan living room offers a lovely and inviting place to relax. The flat screen TV features for guests’ enjoyment is also available. A newly fitted kitchen providing all the desired appliances for a worry-free self catering holiday also features and an outdoors balcony terrace with alfresco dining area can be reached from the sliding glass doors from the kitchen area.
The first floor of the property also features a spacious master bedroom with double bed ideal for couples and a sofa bed to the living room can also be utilised by guests if necessary. A spiral staircase from the living room leads guests up to an open plan second bedroom area with double bed which is positioned on the galleried landing. To reach a 3rd closed bedroom with twin single beds, it is necessary to walk through the open 2nd bedroom area. A second modern bathroom with shower is also situated on this floor for guest’s convenience.
This upstairs area benefits from the lovely chalet style, high sloping warm honey coloured beamed ceilings which still benefit from a lot of natural light through Velux windows.

The exclusive Residence Eden grounds offer more besides the sunny position and breathtaking lake views as it also offers residents a wonderful Swimming pool ideal for recreation and poolside relaxation, with breathtaking views to also enjoy!
From the hillside residence guests can reach the lakeside centre of Argegno in just 5 minutes by car. The popular visitor town offers many picturesque views from the gushing Mountain River and ancient bridge crossings to the vibrant piazzas with cafes, bars and restaurants which lead to quieter and charming medieval passageways and areas of the town which are just waiting to be explored! Argegno offers a range of local amenities and offers some very good restaurants to enjoy including La Piazzetta.
From the town guests can also easily use the ferry and bus service or travel by car to explore the nearby towns and also enjoy other marvellous dining experiences at Il Crotto Platani and Gatto Nero. Staying in Argegno along the desirable western shore of Lake Como also means that guests are within easy reach of the cosmopolitan delights of Como city which include the famous Duomo cathedral, its buzzing Piazzas, the wide variety of designer and high street shopping boulevards and Villa Olmo which plays host in its splendid rooms and gardens to many art and musical events and festivals each year. It was a great stay. The apartment was comfortable with the 5 of us. Pool was clean throughout the week. The village Argegno is a steep walk down the road, but very beautiful with great restaurants. I’d be happy to come back.

Lejligheden er rigtig fin, med to badeværelser, og 6 sengepladser + to sovepladser i køkken på sovesofa.
Sengelamper fungerer ikke optimalt, da de smelter og bliver overophedet.
I køkkenet var der kun 4 vinglas selvom lejligheden er til 8 personer. Der kunne godt være lidt mere service i køkkenet fx en proptrækker, nye knive mm.
I køkken/stuen manglede et sofabord.
Alt i alt en udemærket lejlighed med god garage til bilen i kælder, let udgang til pool, som er rigtig fint. Dejligt med liggestole og roligt atmosfære.

Easy check in, nice garage space, beautiful view. Beds are pretty terrible. Zero internet connection for the whole time. Appliance plugs don’t match outlets, so there is one extension cord for them in the kitchen. Stove exhaust fan doesn’t connect to the vent. Lighting is terrible. A/c doesn’t work. Pool is dirty. The walls are dirty with what looks like smushed bugs. I’m really sorry to say it was not great, but it was the least expensive place we could fine.
We were only there for two nights, so maybe things would have gotten better.
Bathrooms were well equipped and the water pressure and hot water was great. Excellent washing machine.
