Don't want to leave the house? No problem! Step outside to gather beneath the oversized covered patio, play a few rounds of cornhole, or take a dip in our brand new pool.

You will have access to the entire home and outdoor spaces, so please treat this as your home away from home.
Other things to note
NO pets of any kind are allowed on the property. Violating this policy will result in a penalty fee of $200+ per day.
Smoking is NOT allowed on the property. Violating this policy will result in a penalty fee of $300 or more.

Walking distance to very cute downtown Georgetown. Great Steakhouse 2 blocks away. Cool setup with Jenga blocks on back deck with pool and bbq setup. Wonderful property

The house was wonderful for us. We wished the pool would have been clean so we could have enjoyed it It was on of the reason we booked the house for the kids to have something to do with down time before the wedding. Other than that the house and everything thing else was clean. We would book again if we are ever back that way.

The house is even better than the description. The inside is decorated nicely. It was very clean, and had everything we needed. The pool is fantastic. Perfect for a girls trip. The cornhole and connect four was great. It is in a quiet neighborhood. Its very close to downtown - 3 to 5 min drive to the square. We will definitely book again.
