About this apartment rental

INFORMATION: Please note that renovation work is currently underway in the neighbouring flat and will continue until mid-June 2026. This may cause noise disturbance, the extent of which we cannot predict as the work progresses.





SKY LIGHT TERRACE is a beautiful top floor and crossing apartment with two bedrooms. It has an ideal location in the hyper center, 3 minutes walk from the Promenade des Anglais and beaches. You will be in the heart of Nice's city life. The apartment benefits from an exceptional terrace of 50m ² with a clear view on the city and the mountains. It also has two balconies on the courtyard side.



The apartment has a modern decoration. The light walls give a sleek look and accentuate the brightness already present in the apartment. The furniture is upscale with quality materials.



The magical view will accompany you from every room thanks to the large windows that line the apartment.

You will be seduced by the two beautiful bedrooms configured as hotel suites with their private bathrooms.

With the smart TV in the living-room you can access your Netflix account in addition to hundreds of international channels available.





The apartment is on the 8th and last floor, accessible by elevator. It's the only apartment of the floor.

It benefits from free fiber optic WiFi connection and air conditioning throughout the apartment.





SKY LIGHT TERRACE has an ideal location in the hyper center.

All the must-see places in the city are less than 10 minutes walk from the apartment:

- The Promenade des Anglais and its beaches

- The avenue of shopping: Jean Médecin

- The "Coulée Verte" (garden in the middle of the city)

- Old Nice and its local specialties (spices, soaps, perfumes, confectionery ...)





You will also be within walking distance of a tram stop that will allow you to visit the entire city easily.



The city offers many Blue Bike points, allowing you to easily drive into the city center.



The train station is a few minutes walk away.



Nice airport is only 15min drive away.

LIVING-ROOM :

It has a soft sofa, a smart TV with articulated arm, a coffee table, a beautiful glass dining table and 4 chairs.

The living room is air-conditioned and opens onto the terrace.



KITCHEN

The kitchen is open-plan. It is equipped with an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, an induction hob and a toaster.

The kitchen opens onto a balcony.



BEDROOM 1 + BATHROOM 1:

It includes two single beds with 22 cm thick mattresses of high quality. The two beds can be configured as a KING SIZE BED.

The bedroom also has a wardrobe and desk area. The room opens to a balcony and is air conditioned.

The bathroom has a washbasin with illuminated mirror, a shower, a heated towel rail, hanging toilets, a washer-dryer and a hair dryer.



BEDROOM 2 + BATHROOM 2:

It includes a KING SIZE bed with a 22 cm thick mattresses of high quality, wardrobe and desk area. The bedroom opens onto the terrace and is air conditioned.

The bathroom has a washbasin with illuminated mirror, a walk-in shower, a heated towel rail, hanging toilets and a hairdryer.



TERRACE

It has a dining table and its 4 chairs, 4 sun loungers and a summer lounge with two garden chairs and a coffee table.



BALCONY 1 + BALCONY 2:

Each balcony has a table and 2 chairs.



TOILET :

It's separate.



Please note that parties and events are forbidden in the apartment.



Please also note that the apartment is not recommended for children. Indeed the furnture ad the terrace are not suitable for them.



Heating: Heating is collective and managed by the building. Start-up is scheduled for mid-November to mid-December. Shutdown is scheduled for mid-April. Start-up and shut-down dates depend on the local climate and the building manager.

I found it a bit annoying that we had to pick the keys up from the office, which meant having to cart our cases around in the heat. This was a minor inconvenience though and when we got there I was really impressed how clean everything was and how well equipped the apartment was. There was a lot of attention to detail and great facilities. There is a supermarket nearby which was handy for getting supplies. The main thing we loved were the views from the roof terrace and the balconies. Perfect to sit with a drink in the evening or to sunbathe in the day. We did have an issue with leaky aircon which didn’t get fixed whilst we were there and we had to use a saucepan to catch the leaks in spite of us reporting it. This didn’t impact on our stay though. The location is perfect as there are a lot of bars and restaurants locally and it is a short walk to the beach. We also used the train and uber to explore other areas nearby.

This apt was a beautiful space to relax and enjoy the hillside views of Nice. The dual aspect balconies were a perfect way to choose to watch the sunset or enjoy the morning sun. It was a short walk to the neighbouring pedestrian plazas as well as having a mini grocery market and pharmacy nearby. Weekends were lively at the nearby restaurants/bars. The beds were a little firm The beds were a little firm and we would have liked additional towels as we were there for a week.

The property was exactly as described. There were three of us and it good space. If we weren’t able to be outside - anymore than the 3 of us wouldn’t have a place to sit comfortably. But if the weather is good, there is plenty of room with the decks. The location was perfect. So close to the water and within a few minutes walk to the old town and all the markets and good shopping. Having parking was key as well. The property management company was a bit all over. They have an app but it wasn’t well organized and you had to go searching for emails for all the different items you needed such as address and codes and directions. It made things much more difficult than it needed to be. Directions weren’t all clear. There isn’t a phone number to call and everything was through a message on the app. I’d definitely stay again and would recommend The property!
