Ferrini Home - Grotte Bianche 150

The apartment was accessible and well presented. Such a beautiful apartment and totally get our expectations

The staff were very kind, friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated their hospitality. Location is good.

When we arrived, the cleaning team was still working, so the apartment was not ready on time. Unfortunately, the corridor was also quite dirty, which did not create the best first impression. The apartment itself is decent and has everything you need for a stay. However, we felt that the actual apartment was quite different from the photos, and the pictures did not really reflect what we found upon arrival. We only stayed a few hours due to the volcano flight uncertainty. Overall, the stay was fine, but unfortunately the apartment did not fully meet our expectations.

The property was very modern and clean. Well situated. The apartment is quite large with 2 floors

The air conditioning was working well. It was extremely hot in the apartment. The air conditioning shuts off as soon as you leave the apartment. Due to the extreme heat outside it made it extremely hot in the apartment also

The location was excellent and very convenient. We also really enjoyed the large terrace, which was a great place to relax.

One of the bedrooms had no window and no air conditioning, making it difficult to sleep and breathe comfortably. The bathrooms did not appear to be properly cleaned. Also, the apartment looks much larger in the photos than it actually is. In addition, the listing states that there are two bathrooms, but in reality there is only one bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet, which is misleading.
