🚭 Smoke-Free & Vape-Free Environment:
To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, this property is strictly non-smoking and non-vaping. This policy applies to the entire interior of the unit, the balcony, and all common areas within the community. Please be aware that any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in a minimum $500 deep-cleaning fee and potential forfeiture of your security deposit. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our coastal retreat fresh and clean for everyone! 🌊✨

Mail delivery is not permitted at this vacation rental. If you require mail services, we recommend purchasing a temporary local P.O. Box.
🚨 STRICT NO REFUND POLICY (PLEASE READ)
TRAVEL INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. There is a STRICT NO REFUND policy within 60 days of check-in. This includes no refunds for health conditions, weather, water conditions (such as Red Tide or cold water), or transportation issues (such as flight cancellations).
🌀 Hurricane Season (June 1 – November 30): There are no exceptions for the threat of an approaching Hurricane or for hurricane aftermath, including potential closures of restaurants, roads, beaches, pools, elevators, or loss of utilities. We strongly urge you to purchase "Cancel For Any Reason" (CFAR) travel insurance through a 3rd party. Date changes are not guaranteed; if allowed, they are subject to a $50 fee plus any rate differences.

Payment: If another party is making a payment, you MUST add their email to the booking. Only the payer is authorized to e-sign the required Rental Agreement.
Requirements: Minimum age to book is 25. No pets allowed. Under ADA/FL law, only documented service animals are permitted (No ESAs). 🐾
Pool Temp: We cannot guarantee warm pool temperatures during colder months and will not offer discounts or refunds for cold water.
Check-In: 4:00 PM. No early check-in requests, please; if available, it will be offered the morning of arrival for a $50 fee.
🕒 EARLY CHECK-IN POLICY:
Due to the high volume of same-day turnovers, we kindly ask that you refrain from requesting an early check-in. Should the unit be available earlier, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee.
Please note that this unit is self-check-in. This is an individually owned condo. There is no front desk or other location that can provide luggage storage should you arrive early. For liability reasons, luggage cannot be stored in the unit before check-in.

Property was overall great. Amazing view. Comfy couches and nice kitchen. Of note, the secondary bedroom kind of lacked a closet. Had sleeping for 4 but only room for 2 peoples’ clothing as the dresser was in the closet and the other closet door housed the hvac. Since we were a group of 5 grown women, this was a bummer as we couldn’t all unpack our bags. Other than that, a fabulous place. Thank you.

Beautiful second-time stay! This was our second time staying at this rental, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The location is second-to-none. The unit was so clean when we checked in, and it had everything we needed!

Location was great, the lack of instructions to work the tv, washing machine and dryer operation would have helped, a lot.. one bedroom had no closet. Hooks on the bathrooms and bedrooms would have helped. Toaster only tosted on one side.
