View was gorgeous! Condo was clean! We had no issues checking in or out. There was covered parking. Enough supplies to get us started. Some light fixtures and lamps were broken. WiFi was slow but useable. I don’t have complaints but compared to others we’ve stayed in this condo just had a little less. BUT I would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a great spring break.

The unit was as described and amenities were great!
We had some parking issues that were no fault of the management company, but the communication regarding ongoing repairs were not communicated accurately or timely. Overall they did a wonderful job and were very responsive, but communication was a little lacking.
All that said, It was a wonderful place with a fantastic view of the sunset. We had a wonderful time

Great location and within walking distance to restaurants. The heated pool and hot tub were nice, and the condo layout worked well.Unfortunately, communication from the property manager was very poor. We never received clear check-in instructions and were not told we had to go to a separate location to get a packet before getting the code. After our flight was canceled, my daughter arrived first with my granddaughter and was treated rudely and unable to check in easily.The condo also had a strong mold smell throughout, which made me sick due to allergies. Beds and bedding need updating, and the kitchen lacked basic supplies. We also had an issue with a broken sprinkler spraying at night, and no beach towels were provided.Overall, great location but disappointing experience due to management and condition of the unit.
