Welcome to this top floor, end unit overlooking the sugary sand beaches of Indian Rocks Beach, and the warm gulf waters of the Gulf of Mexico! Your dream beach vacation is waiting here at Sea Isles on Indian Rocks Beach!
This unit boast two bedrooms, and two bathrooms, with a spacious and open floor plan in the main gathering areas, all with a beachfront view to enjoy, of course. Enjoy sunsets from the comfort of the living room or your private top floor balcony.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, a TV, and private attached bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom features a queen sized bed with it's own TV, too.
The guest bathroom is right next to the guest bedroom and has a tub/shower combo.
The main gathering space hosts the open floor plan and updated kitchen, dining space, bar stool seating, and comfortable living room- all with an incredible, beachfront view! The fully equipped kitchen has all of the little extras you would need to enjoy your favorite homemade meals and snacks. Right off the kitchen is bar stool seating for a quick snack, plus a dining room table for dinner with a beachfront view.
In the living room, there is a flat screen smart TV with surround sound system to enjoy your favorite movie or show, and free WIFI throughout the condo to keep you connected with everyone back home. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, plus other comfortable seating for the whole family. Exit the living room through the wall of sliders onto your private, top floor balcony to absorb the sea breeze and sunshine. Perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or happy hour drink of choice! The private balcony also features the elevator that takes you to and from your balcony where you will enjoy fabulous sunset views, dolphin watching or just relaxing after a long day at the beach or the pool.
This unit is stocked with linens and towels, including some beach towels for your stay! Plus enjoy the convenience of an in unit washer and dryer. There is even a BBQ grill area shared with the complex to grill up some burgers after a long day at the beach or your fresh catch of the day. There is one covered assigned parking spot for this unit, and some guest parking that is first come first serve.
The condo is close to many great restaurants, some are within walking distance, or just a short drive. You also have a trolly stop close to the complex if you want to hop on a beach trolly and take a scenic view up and down the Gulf Coast without having to drive your car.
Indian Rocks Beach is a wonderful beach town with lots of fun things to do for the whole family. There are great little shops, local restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries, things to do, and all the the things that make those wonderful beach vacation memories! You won't want your vacation to end!
Visit Clearwater Beach for more award winning beaches, amazing restaurants and nightlife. Enjoy wave runners, parasailing, Segway tours, dolphin tours, deep sea fishing, dinner cruises at the Clearwater Marina or rent paddleboards, boats or kayaks just south of you in Indian Shores and IRB, too. Make sure to go to Pier 60 for the nightly sunset celebration or check out Johns Pass to experience the waterfront restaurants, fabulous shopping and water excursions.

The host was amazing. Excellent communication. This Beachfront Penthouse is incredible, furnished like a home away from home. The balcony and the balcony furniture were a perfect place to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The location of this property is excellent. We were able to walk to several great restaurants. The private elevator is a luxury! We hope to be back next year at this time!

Numerous issues with areas of the AC system and fans that were coated with dirt and dust and batteries dead. We were disappointed in the washer/dryer system that had active mold and therefore not able to use. The balcony has not been washed and evidence of previous tenant spills and large amount of hairs/debre in tracks of sliding doors. Rugs were dingy and furniture had food/drink left which we washed off. Floor lamps coated with dust. Shower stall glass in master bath not cleaned and not able to touch due to residue. Beach towels old and worn as well as beach chairs and umbrellas. Also, most importantly the lifesaving bouy at the pool was coated with mold. This place was not cleaned before we arrived. We reported several issues to the rental company with no resolution made. We were told the previous tenant broke the AC vents (why were they not repaired) and that the inspector should have checked all batteries to fans. Not one was working! Again, health issues with mold and I came back to TN with a serious chest infection. Suspect it was from the vent that was blowing on me each night with coasts of dust.
