Beautifully designed coastal condo in the heart of Indian Rocks Beach, filled with natural light and cheerful beach-inspired décor. Relax on your private balcony with a side view of the ocean and enjoy the refreshing coastal breeze, or walk steps to the beach access. Spend your days unwinding by the heated pool, then retreat to your own peaceful getaway and enjoy sunset on your balcony. With a dedicated home office setup, it’s also perfect for a work-from-home escape—though you may find it hard to get any work done in this slice of paradise. Conveniently located in the heart of IRB, walking distance to some of our personal favorite restaurants, cafe's and nightlife.
This bright and inviting coastal condo features upgraded luxury vinyl flooring throughout and a spacious, thoughtfully designed layout with private side ocean view balcony. The primary suite offers a king bed and private renovated ensuite bath, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and convenient Jack-and-Jill access to the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination. The living room is filled with natural light and coastal décor, complete with plush seating, a pullout queen sofa bed and large TV, plus a dedicated corner workspace. A fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, added smart TV's throughout and a stackable washer and dryer in the unit add extra convenience for your stay.

• Basic Starter supplies provided (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.). Management company does not replenish starter supplies.
• Parking: 1 assigned space + limited guest parking (first come)
• No pets allowed
• Age requirement: 25+ to book
• Access: Located on Level 1 (building elevator or 1 flight of stairs)
• No trailers, RV's or golf carts permitted
• Smoking: This is Non-Smoking building, no smoking allowed anywhere on premises.
City Regulations/Noise: This property is in an area that enforces quiet hours and a good neighbor policy. All guests agree to abide by this policy upon booking including being respectful of quiet hours, adhering to the property's maximum occupancy at all times and not engaging in any illegal activity.

If IRB is your destination this condo is a nice option. Very clean, well stocked kitchen, responsive host, balcony has peek a boo view of beach horizon. Beds are comfortable, extra cozy blankets, beach towels etc. Partially updated. Fair amount of traffic noise since most places at IRB are on main road, but the complex was quiet and low key. Hot tub view is great but not many bubbles.

Clean and had everything thing you need in kitchen. It was nice having the beach chairs ,umbrella and sand toys to take with you to the beach. We had wonderful and relaxing time. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful week at the condo. The condo was clean and we had no problems at all. We loved that the beach was so close and the pool was clean and warm.
Thank you, Lindsey on checking in on us, making sure that we got in and that everything was fine. We love Indian Rocks Beach and Oceanway Condos.
