The condo is nice and comfortable and even though they are undergoing renovations they did a lot to minimize the inconvenience of it. The beach is very nice and not crowded.

Everything was fine, but the condo was very outdated. Needs to be completely redone. Carpets need to be replace, kitchen could use new cabinets, sink, lighting. Ceilings a very low. Flooring thru out needs to be replaced. Bathtub in bathroom had rust in it. Vanity in Primary was very old and very low!!! Needs replaced. Furniture on balcony was in very poor condition. Very pleased with the amount of kitchen supplies. Water pressure is very low. The air conditioning worked very well. Very frustrating to get tv to work in bedroom. Also selection of regular channels was not very good. Property management was very easy to deal with.
