Thank you for allowing us to rent the cozy cabin! It’s always clean and well stocked with all necessities that u might have forgotten Nicely located close to the hiwassee river Very quiet Cya next year!

1st, let me say that Kirk is a a wonderful host, he answered all our questions very promptly, extremely helpful with directions to cabin, and always made sure we had everything we needed....Thanks Kirk!The cabin was awesome has everything you need, heat/ac worked perfectly, shower was great and has a really big smart TV. The property was clean beautiful and private and has a great porch to hang out on.Do yourself a favor, and book this cabin now!Kirk also has a place in St. Augustine, Fl...so if you want to go to Florida rest assure he will have you taken care of.
