About this cabin rental
Welcome to our tiny cabin! Our one bedroom cabin includes a queen bed, and a set of bunk beds in a separate, closed off nook. The living room has vaulted ceilings and a corner kitchen nook.
Enjoy your large fire pit looking at the stars with the soothing sounds of the forest around you. We provide all the firewood you will need for the fire pit and the wood burning stove for those cool nights.
The Hiwassee River is a 6-minute drive from the cabin. There you can rent kayaks or innertubes from a few outfitters and take a nice long float down the river. These outfitters are only open during seasonal times. You can also enjoy fishing along the river. There are many parks and picnic areas within 15 minutes of the cabin. Across from one of those parks is a short hike that has 4 separate waterfalls (Lowry Falls). People love this short hike.
One of our favorite things to do is to go back in time on the Hiwassee Loop Train Ride. The 50-mile ride takes about 5 hours. You will get to hear the history of the train and the towns it passes through. The railroad was built in the1890's. The Beautiful views of the Hiwassee River Gorge are breathtaking.
If you want a peaceful place to just get away and relax for a while, we believe this cabin is going to be a place you will love.

Great stop in Reliance TN. The house and accommodations were great. The host had the indoor fire stove all set to burn with wood and fire starter as well the outdoor firepit was set up for us too. They had snacks and S'mores available in cabin for us to enjoy. I would definitely stay there again.

These hosts are simply the best. The cabin is clean with several small details: they provide some snacks, prepare the fire pit with logs and a fire starter, and don't require you to spend 30 minutes cleaning up before charging you a cleaning fee. We came here last year and will likely go again next year. I just love this place.

This is going to be a different kind of review because I am going to focus on the nice "little touches"...and this cabin was filled with a lot of them. Yes, the listing is accurate, check-in was easy, communication with the host was great, and the cabin was just downright cozy and exactly what we wanted from a cabin in the woods. It was all of the extras, that truly delighted us including, hand lotion in the bathroom, shower amenities, lots of extra blankets for sitting by the fire, ingredients and tools to make s'mores, extra snacks on them, the milk frother, dog bowl and poop bags, ice already made in the fridge, and best of all restocking our fire pit on night two. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a cozy tiny cabin to stay in. ProTip: Pack small bags since it is a tiny cabin.
