Individual chalet on 2 levels comprising on the ground floor: an entrance, living room-kitchen lounge area (connected TV, OK Google) with fireplace, (free wood for the 1st outbreak, beyond chargeable) opening onto a terrace, a bedroom (1 double bed 160x200 cm), bathroom (corner bath and walk-in shower), separate WC with washbasin. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1 single bed 90x190 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), a mezzanine (1 enclosed shepherd's bed closed by a curtain with 1 bed 140x190 cm) with a balcony. Laundry room in the basement. Garden and small unheated swimming pool (4m by 1.10 deep - access depending on weather conditions from 01/06 to 15/09) Located between Albertville and Ugine, on a mountainside on a south-west facing slope, this chalet enjoys a very beautiful view of the massif and the valley. The wood and stone materials give it a warm mountain character; the spacious rooms as well as the vast mezzanine allow you to enjoy pleasant living spaces. Nearby ski resorts: Crest-Voland or Seythenex. Skis and bicycles can be stored in the garage. A cottage that children will love! Stuffed animals and games in the mezzanine, swing and small swimming pool in the flowered and raised garden. Find yourself comfortably seated in front of the fireplace or around the table on the sheltered terrace, it's up to you to choose the season that goes with it!
