Welcome to Le Dolce, a spacious, elegant apartment on the second floor of a luxury residence overlooking the splendid Lac du Bourget. Offering a warm and friendly atmosphere, this apartment is ideal for a vacation with friends or family, or for a spa treatment.

Designed to accommodate up to 8 people, the apartment features all modern comforts for a serene stay, between lake and mountains.

- Bedroom 2: A second king-size bed (180 cm), perfect for a second couple.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90 cm), ideal for children or friends.
- Living and dining room: A bright, comfortable living space with a convertible sofa (140 cm), connected TV, dining table and direct access to the large terrace.
- Open kitchen: Functional and fully equipped (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, kitchen utensils...), ideal for cooking like at home.
- Bathroom: Modern, with shower, towel dryer and washing machine. Separate WC.

The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood on the shores of Lac du Bourget, with direct access to the walking trails around the lake. Nearby, you'll find restaurants, local shops and a bakery just a few steps away. The Aix-les-Bains thermal baths are also just a few minutes away by car.

## Transit

A bus stop is located nearby, making it easy to get around Aix-les-Bains. The train station is about 10 minutes away by car, and the freeway is within easy reach of Annecy and Chambéry.
