Comfortable, convenient, clean with great beds and aircon

Julie was an excellent host and welcomed us with her warm friendly personality. She explained everything about the building and the apartment. She had taken the time to also explain places to visit in the area. The apartment had excellent air conditioning and was in a great location.

The only slight downside would be the parking. You can park on the street but it was a bit frustrating if none close by, but generally there are spaces in the morning which meant loading car was easy.

Good size apartment

Lovely host Lily who meet us. Good size apartment, very comfortable

On arrival you have to sign a damage report and give a 750 euro deposit. When leaving the apartment is inspected again for additional damage and only if satisfied your deposit is released. I found this insulting and have never had this experience before.

Beautiful stay in a cute little town

The place was excellent. Lovely furnishings and smelt incredible! The staff were really awesome. Rent the bikes as they were so much fun.

Perfect stay in St Enogat

Friendly welcome, modern facilities in an attractive building. Perfect location near woodland, a park and the town, all walkable. Very pleasant and relaxing setting.

Good

Julie, who welcomed us, was perfect, kind, professional and charming. The studio was spotless, functional and well organised, the bed was comfortable and the bedding was of high quality. When the sun came out and the builders had gone home, the terrace was lovely. The exterior of the villa is beautiful.

The photos on the website are confusing, seemingly a melange of shots from different apartments, so because I booked using a smartphone it was hard to get a grip on what we were actually going to get. Unfortunately I mistakenly booked a studio - my own fault - which was extremely compact and somewhat austere. Even more sadly, a house is being built about 100 metres away, across the garden and blocking part of the lovely mountain view. So the builders arrived at 7.45 am and went home around 5 pm. We made the best of it, and once the new house is finished, I guess it won’t matter.

Newly renovated studios with high quality furnishing. Very clean and well equiped. The communication with the hostess was flawless with very prompt and helpful replies.

The nice view and the quiet ambience is somewhat disturbed by the construction site that is just beside the building.

Just behind the little garden there is a big construction They begun working at 7:00 in the morning until late afternoon the noise is horrible you can hear it from the suit and of course on the terrace you cannot enjoy staying either in the romm nor in the terrace until late afternoon It is big construcion so it will take time to finish it

The location was great and the balcony with the view was beautiful! The place has been newly renovated and kept to a high standard, we f elt like we were the first to stay there it's so clean! Super comfy bed, would highly recommend staying here. We hope to visit again.

Parfait

Le charme de la vieille batisse avec le confort moderne. Superbe literie. Cuisine très bien équipée. Attention pas de table pour manger mais un plan de travail style bar avec des chaises très hautes. Je trouve dommage que cela ne soit pas mentionné. Surtout pour une clientèle de curistes certains âgés ne pourrons pas monter s’assoir correctement. La solution est de manger sur la table basse assis sur le canapé ce qui n’est très confortable.

L'emplacement central. Le charme d'une villa Belle Époque. Le chauffage efficace. Buanderie pratique dotée d'un électro-ménager de qualité. Batterie de cuisine en inox.

Appareils pas toujours faciles à utiliser. Les rangements de la cuisine sont trop étroits et hauts.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt in Aix-les-Bains!

Die Lage des Hauses in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Innenstadt und zum Kurpark war sehr angenehm, auch zum Feuerwerk im Hafen konnte man zu Fuß gehen. Aix-les-Bains war nicht so überlaufen wie Annecy, das empfanden wir ebenfalls als positiv. Die Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern war für 3 Personen perfekt, Sauberkeit und Ausstattung ließen keinerlei Wünsche offen (Klimaanlage bei bis zu 39 Grad sehr leistungsfähig in allen Räumen). Den schönen umlaufenden Balkon mit interessanter Aussicht haben wir viel genutzt, Tisch, Stühle und Liegen guter Qualität sind vorhanden und Privatsphäre ist gegeben. Gute Ausflugsmöglichkeiten.

Unangenehm war, dass 750 € Kaution verlangt wurden und zum Beginn des Aufenthalts Fotos selbst von kleinsten Nutzungsspuren gemacht wurden. Bei Verursachung von Schäden sollte Geld einbehalten werden, dies empfanden wir als etwas unschöne Drohgebärde. Die sehr sympathische Verwalterin Julie hat diese Vorgehensweise immerhin freundlich abgewickelt.

Heerlijke accommodatie in een leuk dorp aan een mooi meer

Een supervriendelijk onthaal door onze host Julie. Met goede uitleg en leuke tips. Fijn dat we de auto en fietsen in de garage konden parkeren. Leuk balkon met pas s middags de zon erop. Verder was de accommodatie goed uitgerust met voldoende materialen.
