Un petit rez-de-jardin avec des végétations étaient un Plus ! C’était relativement calme.
Les concerts et notamment de hard rock qui s’entendaient jusqu’à l’appartement mais c’est un détail .

L'emplacement était idéal, car durant mon séjour je devais me rendre au Centre Culturel et des Congrès 3C qui se trouvait à 5 mns. Les équipements du studio étaient impeccables, pour la première fois que, dans une location de studio, j'avais l'impression d'être dans un appartement de particulier. La qualité des équipements, la literie, la décoration, la propreté etc. tout est accueillant et pratique. J'y reviendrais sans aucun doute. Bravo.
