In one of the most beautiful condominiums in Aix Les Bains, very popular with spa guests, this 30m² studio, comfortable and charming, welcomes you for a successful stay.
Calm, light and superb environment are on your program: the Chevalley cure is 10 minutes away on foot and the town center at the bottom of the path.
The Splendid, a palace that has welcomed the crowned heads of pre-war Europe, is a remarkable listed building, fully restored 10 years ago in the part of the building where the studio is located.
Located on the 2nd floor, at the end of a grand century corridor, and therefore particularly quiet, the studio is equipped to receive you well. Moldings, large mirror cupboards, chosen furnishings - note that most of the household appliances are brand new. The kitchen is completely isolated from the bedroom.
A large balcony overlooking the park with a lovely view of Mont Revard, will allow you to enjoy the pleasant hours of the morning or you can go and enjoy the park and its hundred-year-old trees which dominate the lake ... unless of course you prefer stroll in the public garden or on the banks of Lac du Bourget by the bus which stops at the gates of the property.

Appartement très fonctionnel, refait à neuf, lumineux avec une vue très agréable sur le lac. L’équipement de la location est de qualité. Très bon accueil de l’agence gestionnaire.
